    Great stay but expensive parking!

    Good stay at Sheraton Grand! We came in for a Laker game. We felt that this location was very convenient as there are many things to do nearby. Only con is even though my room was paid for 100% by points, I still got hit with an approximate fee of $100 (parking and destination fee). Other than that, staff and security was great and the rooms were very clean. The parking garage must be the safest in the city due to the exorbitant fee to park! Hopefully the GM, Clay Andrews can figure out a solution soon!

    Ideal Location in the Bloc.

    In town for a wedding at the Majestic Downtown. The Grand Sheraton is a beautiful hotel. Staff very helpful and eager to offer assistance. The District restaurant was a great hangout for family and the food and drinks were fantastic. Kudos to housekeeping staff that cleaned our two rooms for five days. Valet parking attendants did a good job retrieving our SUV in a timely manner. Definitely looking forward to my return to DTLA.

    No executive lounge on weekends is a non-starter

    The lounge is closed on the weekend. Anyone with status should avoid this hotel if you are there over the weekend. As a bonus, i was entertained that no one could figure out the elevators😃
