Save yourself the disappointment
Do not stay here. I am a platinum elite member (over 50 nights a year in Marriott hotels). The entire experience at this hotel is horrible. First off I’ll say I’ve never felt more disrespected or unvalued as a platinum elite member. Usually there are perks like a club lounge, access to water and sometimes appetizers. None of that here. Which happens but when I politely ask for water and I’m told it’s $3 each, it certainly pours salt on the wound. I also asked for an upgrade. They don’t like to do that here even when available. The beds are uncomfortable and the hotel needs a complete renovation. The staff all have an attitude of they are doing you a favor. The staff also put a $50 cleaning fee on my bill for my service pet without telling me. There is no fee for service pets. Don’t expect any service at the hotel breakfast buffet either. I am a loyal marriottt member and usually very satisfied but I would under no circumstances stay here again.

Old isn’t bad but it needs to be clean.
This hotel is just old. And I don’t mind old as long as it’s clean. The rooms are dark. There’s gross stains on the floor that I could not tell if they were old or new. The faucet was leaking and spraying water on us on the floor. There was a layer of dust on the wallpaper that you could see. in addition, the wallpaper was peeling. In their defense, they did come fix the faucet. The workout room is large, not very clean. The beds were old. The linens were worn and the pillows were lumpy. I usually write good reviews but just couldn’t with this one.

Old and Tired
This is dated hotel with a totally disengaged staff. Carpet in the room is has noticeable stains, bed is uncomfortable, asked about coffee at 6:00 am was told it might come out in the a little while. Room rate is over $200 and honestly this place is not worth more than $100. I would look to another Marriott property and as a Titanium Elite customer I am appalled at this property.

Dated, dirty, dark dreary,depressing…..
Hotel is dreadfully tired in all areas without exception & this includes all staff that I encountered. Hotel is dated, dirty, dreary, dark, staff are demotivated & entirely dis-engaged Smell in room is one of sewage, AC unit is from the 1980’s & is VERY loud, mattress is a soup bowl Housekeeping only services rooms on request, towels are paper thin, sheets are low quality

I work for DELL. we had a meeting today 12/07/23 and Lorena gave us the best service I'm and my group have ever gotten I travel a lot and it's really hard to find this kind of hard working people.
