This hotel offers so much for all ages. Beautiful grounds, great food, large pool and the activities staff is unbeatable, always upbeat and fun activities for everyone. We came last year and decided to come back. Would 10/10 recommend.

Awesome vacation
Recently stayed at Sheraton Buganvilias. It was an amazing experience from the front desk manager Paola, who truly accommodated our request to have 4 families in the same floor. The resort was 15-20 minutes from the airport using the Sunwing shuttle service. The resort atmosphere was laid-back, family-friendly, stroller and wheelchair accessible. I would love to see more activities at night, as they only have it from Wednesday to Saturday evenings. Most entertainment/games happen during the day by the pool. I also would like to acknowledge our servers Juan and Erika (breakfast), Cesar, Miguel, Marco and Isabel (dinner) who truly went above and beyond with their service. Food is amazing with different choices in the buffet section, constantly checked by staff members to ensure it is filled. Alfresco italian restaurant was amazing. Punta Sol sea side grill was good, with the best view for sunset but only has limited choices for those who are all inclusive. I wish there was more choices of seafood grill that i was hoping for. The standard of cleanliness of the room and all throughout the resort is amazing. I love having different options of the pool: 1 ft, 3.4 ft, and 4.5 ft. Little kids can play safely in the pool.

Entertainment squad is fantastic
We always enjoy this resort! The entertainment staff were off the charts! Marianna, Germana, Ernesto, Antonia & Evelyn were so much fun at mixology class! The drinks were delicious! Water aerobics was also outstanding and stretch class too! Mucho Gracias!

We love here!
We love coming here because of the amazing service! Mariana, himina, they are very kind and fun! They are a lot of the reason we love to come here. We also love our servers, Marco, and in the buffet fried chicken (Juan) they are all so amazing to us! (The photos is of the food)
