Disappointment
The room had a musty smell, the furniture in the room was dirty and stained. The overall feel was old, tired and neglected. No airport shuttle service was a huge loss. We have stayed here many times over the years but the first time back in 7 yrs. The decline was noticeable and bearing the Best Western logo is deceiving ti say the least. The amount for the room on a weekday with BW rates of over $200 with no shuttle service feels taken advantaged of. Looking for another option with future travels from SFO airport.

Disappointed
I have stayed here for over 30 years. This was the worst. No restaurant. No bar. No airport shuttle bus. Our transportation was an old Volvo with plywood on the roof to hide the broken sunroof. More duct tape inside the car than on a roll of tape. We were told the hotel will be torn down in June. So sad. Lots of good memories.

Run down, no restaurant, and no one seems to care
This used to be our family's spot for the park/sleep/fly option, but it has dramatically gone downhill. The room was in dire need of care, I didn't want to use the shower because it was so worn. It was a cute little motel for decades, but now the restaurant/bar are closed permanently, and we were told there are plans for it to be torn down and made into condos. We also had to park very far away from our room, and the whole experience was just kind of gross. DO NOT STAY HERE.

OK for a Night
We stayed here for a night before a flight at SFO. When we first walked into the room it smelt like cleanser. The room was not large and felt cramped. It appeared a bit dated. They did have a nice breakfast. There were two suitcase racks which for some reason is becoming less common in hotels. They do charge extra for parking. There is no elevator to the second floor rooms. If you don’t want to lug your suitcases up stairs, be sure to request a first floor room.
