  Management goes above an beyond

  I stayed at the Seven Stars last month with my teenage son and two of his friends. This was my 4th time here, the hotel is in a great location on Grace Bay beach, consistently provides clean spacious rooms, friendly and reliable service, good food, lots of amenities... they just do a great job all around. On this trip the staff really went above and beyond. My son had a medical emergency, had to be hospitalized and then medically evacuated to the U.S. The hotel managers were so helpful during this scary, difficult time. I must thank them by name - Ashton, Sharick, Tanguy and Jameika. Ashton drove us to the hospital at 1am when there were no cabs, then called me before his shift ended to see if there was anything we needed - he passed on our situation to the next shift and each manager called and offered to help for the two days we were at the hospital. They brought us meals, shuttled my sons friends to see him and bring us clothes and toiletries, shuttled me back to pack up, Jameika also made sure my sons friends got to the airport and through security and updated their parents. These managers exemplified the hotel's commitment to their guests and superior service. I am so grateful for their help. Thank you!

  Charles and the view go hand in hand.

  This place is AMAZING!!!! You walk in and you get a towel and a cocktail and off on your trip you go. It’s beyond amazing. The rooms were AMAZING and clean. The pool, the food, the view. I could go on and on. If the best part of the trip was CHARLES!!! He had a smile on his face constantly. He was so hospitable and kind. Even when he was walking chair to chair he had a smile on his face. His positivity and his kindness was such a delight. There needs to be more Charleses in the world. I’m SO happy to have met him and hear his story. He’s a wonderful person and I can’t wait to come back again next year and see him. Thank you Charles for the kindness and positivity and smiles. You are the most memorable part of this trip (and obviously the views)!

  The resort was amazing, the service was better!

  Everyone says the beaches are the best part of Turks and Caicos. But, for us, it was the service!!! Everyone at Seven Stars was so friendly and treated us like family, but Charles, the beach server, went above and beyond. He was the friendliest, kindest presence every single day. His accuracy, attentiveness, and patience were always appreciated, but his bright attitude was the best part of our trip! Highly recommend Seven Stars!

  Fantastic Getaway

  My wife and I chose Seven Stars for our 20 year anniversary. Phenomenal resort and location! Customer service was top notch! Charles (beach server) and Fresnel (beach attendant) took excellent care of us on the beach and were truly standouts. All of the on premises food is wonderful, the breakfast buffet at Seven, the Deck, and Terrace were great! Highly recommend visiting!

  7th Time and Still Love it

  I am late in writing this review, but I must say that this is our favorite hotel on the island. We've stayed at The Palms a couple of times, which is very nice, but the atmosphere at Seven Stars better suits us. The staff are kind and courteous and the accommodations are very nice. I'd like to especially point out Charles on the beach. This guy is so nice and works really hard. We plan on returning for an 8th time.
