WARNING — Avoid Seven Stars Resort: Cash Flow Issues & Zero Customer Care
After five visits to Grace Bay over the last six years, Seven Stars has sadly become our worst experience on the island. The property’s service has completely deteriorated, and this stay was defined by neglect and financial mismanagement. First, be warned: the hotel appears to have serious cash flow problems. Unlike every other resort in Turks & Caicos including neighboring properties Seven Stars does not refund security deposits at checkout. We checked out after new years and our deposit has still not been returned. After multiple ignored emails, we finally received a dismissive response from Front Office Supervisor, who claimed it was an issues with the bank they use and now a “bank hold” issue and then went completely silent no returned calls, no follow-up emails, nothing. Beyond the financial incompetence, the guest experience here is no longer luxury. We also dined at the on-site Seven Restaurant (see our separate review), where the waiter spilled wine on our table three times, served a shared steak with no plates, and delivered cold food. It’s clear that standards have collapsed across the property. We truly wanted to love Seven Stars again, but we can no longer recommend it. If you’re visiting Grace Bay, book elsewhere, any of the neighboring resorts will treat you with respect, return your deposits promptly, and actually respond when you reach out. Save yourself the stress and money. Stay anywhere but here.

The exact opposite of peaceful and recharging
What they don't mention is the trash parties held across the street until 2am that rattle the windows of the "resort". The current song being blasted is "shake that ass baby", the chorus being "put yo hands on yo knees", followed up with my favorite, "let yo coochie breathe" this is for context in the genre of music you get. It's torture Absolutely a waste of money on what should be a relaxing vacation. I will NEVER come back here and strongly recommend that if you plan on going to sleep before 2am, look elsewhere. While I understand this property can't regulate another property, I do think that if it would have been mentioned "don't expect to sleep on Saturday night", I would have stayed elsewhere and been happier. Having to pay a night in a hotel that I couldn't sleep in just isn't fair. During our entire stay, the rooms TV only got about 5 channels and those were intermittent. The desk said that the cable company is aware and working on the problem. This was for our entire four days. Weird, because in all of the public spaces on property the TVs and all channels worked just fine... The only positive I can say is how overwhelmingly nice the start was.

True Luxury at Seven Stars!
I came back from a getaway at Seven Stars last week, and I am already looking forward to my next trip back there! This trip was my first time ever not only at Seven Stars, but also my first time in Turks & Caicos. The trip was the exact break I needed before the holidays; afterwards, I felt calm, relaxed, and rejuvenated. I made the choice to stay at Seven Stars due to its impeccable reputation and after finding out Grace Bay is usually ranked as the most beautiful beach in the entire world (it is a recognition which is very well-deserved). To say the Seven Stars estate is beautiful would be an understatement. The decor has an authentic Caribbean feel, and suite had a spacious bathroom (I took many baths during my stay), as well as a kitchenette, and a balcony (which was my secret spot to sip jasmine tea in the morning). The resort may seem pricey, but I feel it ultimately delivers value. My favorite way to start my day was to have an omelet made by Danie (she is the BEST!). The breakfast is worth $40, but is free when you stay at the resort. Danie made sure all of my omelets were perfectly made with the freshest of ingredients. The resort also included water sports and yoga for free, which I appreciated (and took advantage of!). I did splurge and had a Swedish Massage with Komang - which was the BEST massage of my entire life! Komang has "magic fingers," and I felt she alleviated the tension I held in my muscles. Overall, Seven Stars is a resort which takes the time and care to really develop relationships with those who choose to stay there, and I will definitely return due to this personalized approach.

Great Stay at the Seven Stars Resort
My wife and I visited the Seven Stars Resort from August 30 to September 6, 2025, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Both the resort and our room were spotless, and the staff consistently displayed friendliness and professionalism. Prabuddha, our room attendant, stood out as the best we've ever encountered during our forty years of marriage and visiting various resorts. His meticulous attention to detail, prompt responses to our requests, and high level of professionalism truly impressed us. We're very grateful to Prabuddha for making this the most memorable stay we've ever had! Regards, Mike and Sherry D

Amazing Turks and Caicos trip
We were in Seven Stars last Nov 2025 For our first time visiting Turks and Caicos, we found staying at Seven Stars resorts and Spa to be a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was spectacular, as we got a non beach view room. We are always looking forward to our breakfast because of the helpful, attentive, and friendly staff, like Arlie, Nelli, Ricka, Jay, Ashley, and others. We really enjoyed it, they have a good selection. We also tried the other restaurants in the resorts like Seven, The Farm, and The Deck. The food was amazing. The beach was amazing, the sand was very soft, and surprisingly deep. It was never an issue to get a beach chair setup so we can sit in the shade on the beach, and dip into the water to cool off in the hot sun. They also had kayaks and other equipment available for guests. The staff were always helpful in setting up the chairs with towels. Overall we really enjoyed our time at Seven Stars and would recommend it as a place to soak up the warm Turks and Caicos sun.
