Resort was nice and crew was great. They need a new food manager especially at buffet. It was very bad, cold food if there was any there. Had bacon 1 morning out of 7. No other place to eat breakfast Lunch at snack shop was good Evenings were a challenge also. Steve house was good. Italian was hit or miss. Mexican was not good and again Buffett was horrible

Alberto the beast. The man, the myth, the legend.
Alberto is a rock star. He took care of us. The man made sure we were feed and full of booze. Cesar made sure we were happy and having a good time. Amazing time. Well rested.

Great family-friendly resort – kids had an amazing time!
We had a wonderful stay at Sensira Resort & Spa Riviera Maya. This hotel is extremely family-friendly, with plenty of activities that kept our child happy and entertained every day. The water park and kids’ areas were especially fun, and it really made the trip relaxing for parents as well. On our first day, we were warmly welcomed by Eli at the front desk. Eli was incredibly friendly, professional, and proactive in helping us with everything we needed. Any questions or requests were handled quickly and with great attitude, which made a very positive first impression. The resort offers a great balance between comfort for adults and fun for kids. Service was attentive, the facilities were clean and well maintained, and overall the atmosphere was perfect for a family vacation. We would definitely recommend this resort to families traveling with children and would happily come back again！

Good value all inclusive for a couple of days.
Decent food, good drinks and nice service. Especially thanks to the girls at the adventure club, Fatima, Marines, Daniela, Valentina, Amairany, and Josephine. The kids loves coming there.
