    Would recommend to everyone

    We loved our 10 night stay at this hotel - we stayed at the main resort and visited the beach a few times during our stay. The staff were so attentive and caring, the amenities were great as well as the activities put on by the hotel. The room was lovely, large and always clean. Great selection of restaurants - we booked preferred and would highly recommend this. A special shout out to Carolina, Oxbaldo, Aracley and Sergio who are each so amazing!

    Awesome. I would go back!

    We had a wonderful time. The resort is beautiful the food is great and the people that work her are amazing. Emmanuel at Preferred Breakfast and The Grotto, Mr Cheeks and Juan De Dios at the beach club, Martin conseirge. Beach is beautiful, some days seaweed some days none. This resort is work the long ride from Cancun airport,

    One of High recommend hotels in Carabian.

    everything was perfect. Staff were so nice and friendly and we enjoined entertainments at hotel. Beach club was so fun and it was a different experience for me to stay far from the ocean but It was so good you can enjoy the ride to the beach club. They have transportation to the the beach club every half an hour which is help you to get there whenever you want. The quality of food was perfect at resturants and buffet although, the variety of food specially sea food was less than my expectation to compare with my previous experience ay the other hotel. Everywhere was so clean and quiet and it’s a perfect place to have fun and make wonderful memory.

    A great vacation destination

    I’ve been to this resort twice. The staff is the friendliest and kindest I have found. The resort has many (9, I think) swimming pools so whether you like quiet or a party you’ll find one that suits you. The beds are comfy and the rooms are nice. Sergio at the preferred pool is so kind, friendly and helpful. Gretel was a great activity leader. She taught me Mayan which I was able to use with my taxi driver back to the airport. He taught me some additional vocabulary and he enjoyed that I knew some, so if Gretel sees this, thank you for making my experience that much more enriching! I didn’t care for the food at the Barefoot Grill but there are several restaurants so it’s a minor quibble. I also didn’t care for the sales pitches for the Timeshare when we arrived and left, but I wouldn’t hesitate to return, if given the chance. We were there during the brief shelter in place directive so I was glad we were at a gated resort.

    A great relaxing getaway

    If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, Secrets Tulum is a great option. The staff was incredible, atmosphere calm, and food very good. Make sure to join the preferred club, the preferred pool and access to Grotto were very nice perks!
