My husband and I went on our honeymoon and had a fabulous time. We were part of the preferred club and had a private butler (Jonathan) and a private swim out pool. We took advantage of all the amenities such as; the spa, the preferred club pools/bars, gym, and pickle-ball courts. Every restaurant was divine, especially Tierra, a South American Fusion cuisine. Our butler Jonathan surprised us with rose petals on our bed with a bottle of champagne and a delicious breakfast in bed. The entertainment team, including "Harry Potter", was amazing and ensured that the guests were entertained during the day and at night. We can't wait to return to Secrets Tides. I highly recommend this resort to any couple who would like a relaxing and intimate honeymoon.

Great staff
Lovely place. The staff are all very friendly, be prepared for a welcoming Hola! as you pass them in the facilities. Wanted to give a shout-out to Cristy at the ShowTime Bar and Kelvin and Anyelo at Manatees for making my wife and I feel so welcome!

Beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere, services, beach, pools, entertainment
The hotel is beautiful and new, the rooms are great, modern and clean. A beautiful beach that is maintained every day, great pools that have bars with sunbeds. I loved them. A wonderful view from the lounger in the pool by the bar on the sea, palm trees and the beach. A beautiful beach with palm trees, plenty of sunbeds. There was excellent food in the Market Café, as well as in the Oceana restaurant. Coco Café has an excellent variety of coffees, cakes and ice cream. However, if you don't want to spend 3 hours at dinner, avoid the Portofino restaurant. I would definitely return to Secrets Tides Punta Cana. Everything was great, except for the Portofino restaurant, but that's the only fault this hotel has. Also, the entertainment every evening was great. The silent party was the best event during our stay.

The resort is beautiful so the amenities. My Butler was amazing always provided things that I needed. The major negative of this resort is their food product was very poor. I’m not a food snobby either. I’ve been to 10 other all-inclusive resorts and this one had to be one of the worst when it came to food. it didn’t match my expectations of a secret resort. That was a major disappointment for me and my wife

Exceptional! We will return!
The Secret Tides Resort is exceptional. It exceeded our expectations. The staff are hard working people to make sure you had a great vacation. The entertainment was great! Say Hello to Sugar and Harry Potter as part of the entertainment staff. There was a great variety of food and drinks!
