We had a great experience! The location was great, its convenient, about 20 minutes from the airport. Considering its the holiday season, the atmosphere was festive in a laid back way. The rooms were clean, though not enough charging stations for phones. The only reason I give a 4 is because the check in process was bad. The guy wanted to charge twice for shuttle transportation from the airport. When we showed our payment, he gave us a qr code to scan for activities but gave no details. A few pointers would have made it more fun. I will give kudos to César, Manolo and Nicolle, they went above and beyond to make the stay wonderful!

Although this was our first time going to Cancun, we were extremely excited—and the experience exceeded our expectations. The service from everyone, both throughout the resort and within the hotel, was amazing. While the hotel food itself was okay, the restaurants within the hotel more than made up for it. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience.

Good experience, just not great. There are better options. This is a hotel setting and limited pool and beach seating. Okay for a short stay.

Happy Birthday to Me!
What an experience!!! My wife and I went for my 50th birthday and we were not disappointed. Everything from the time we landed at the airport until we left again was top shelf. The beach is the most beautiful I have ever seen. The food was delicious. The room and the view from the 22nd floor were romantic and beautiful. The real "secret" is the people. The staff truly are friendly and welcoming. I would go back again in a heartbeat.

Highly recommended
I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to go to Cancún. It offers luxury with more than ten restaurants and bars. The hotel is extremely clean, with high-quality food and excellent service. The staff is very friendly and professional. We stayed there for five days and enjoyed every minute we spent there.
