The staff was extremely friendly and fun. Imani was super fun and knew how to keep the party going wherever he was. Imani was the party!! I look forward to visiting again just to see him in his element. Although housekeeping wasn’t great. The entertainment was superb.

Welcome Home!
I truly enjoyed my stay here. Everything was relatively seamless. I genuinely have no complaints! The food was delectable! Every restaurant was exceptionally good. The service at seaside cafe was not the best but I consider that a minor blemish in the grand scheme.

Overall great, fun experience
Overall a great experience here. I went with a group of 43 of us for my wedding and I want to list the pros and cons Pros: -wedding team was amazing!! Shanelle and Ideria were super attentive and responsive through the whole process. Shanelle specifically acted as a day of coordinator who was focused on every single detail I communicated. The most magical day -beach was amazing. soft sand, lots of beach space and water was gorgeous. very very limited seaweed (only in a small area) but so many other beaches to go to -entertainment team was awesome!! They throw great daytime/nighttime parties -food was fantastic. Lots of variety at the restaurants -Loved the different styles of resort. This resort is divided into two sister resorts (St James and Wild Orchid). St James is more for a relaxed vibe, quieter throughout the day and night where Wild Orchid has a lot more going on and promotes a more party environment through the day and defiantely the night as this is where all the restaurants, late night entertainment and bars are Cons: -check in/check out process was painful. 4 desks for this but when we arrived with 43 of us (which the resort should have known) only 2 people working. Check in took 1.5 hours which cut out a lot of time in our evening. Everything is manually written on paper and not digital so took a lot of time per room to check in -service at the day time bars were very slow, pool bars were great but didn't always want to get in the pool every time we wanted a beverage -Room service is 24 hours which is great but SUPER slow, some nights took over an hour to arrive -Wish there was a dinner buffet option. There are lots of full service restaurants (not a la carte's) for variety but at peak times there was a wait at almost every restaurant. They are also all full service restaurants and sometimes you just want to grab a quick plate and get on with the night time entertainment and bars instead of a full sit down dinner. Now this is something specifically to our stay. There was a workers protest going on on our second last day. And rightfully so, we support this. Unfortunately though, this really put a damper on our day as a lot of bars and restaurants were closed, we had a reservation at the hibachi restaurant and that was cancelled so we didn't get to experience that, all gift shops were closed, no housekeeping was happening, towels were very limited throughout the day by the pool, no water being handed out, other guests were trying to check into our guests rooms which we were still in for another day. This made for a super unfortunate full last day

Bad hotel service
Hotel room is not clean. Has mold near baseboard. No daily room cleabing service. We called front desk and still didn't get our room cleaned. We stayed for four days and they only cleaned our room one time. This means that our mini bar is not replenished at all .
