Who knows how to play Ludo…. I don’t but Sashy and Kenzie made our day. We had a great time with these two and will be friends forever. The food here is better than any other resort we’ve been to and will be back. Views are great and everyone is so nice!

Welcoming
The hotel is so beautiful to say it’s my first time here everyone is so welcoming the food is awesome the best food I’ve ever tasted and what stand out the most was Sashy and Kenzie from the Entertainment team made our trip worth while I’m glad we decided to take our vacation in Jamaica.

Be prepared to get hounded by them to upsell you on package deals. Before we even stepped in our room. They had us speak to a lady named Nadia. She wanted to meet us at breakfast so she can sell us on some stuff. After saying no 5 times I said ok just to shut her up. Later on i went down and canceled. The room was ok felt outdated. The best part was the beach. Now for the food. Since Hyatt took over it seems as if they got cheap. There is no more lobster. They tried selling us some for $50 😅😅🤣. The buffet was stocked like your local Chinese buffet would stock thier restaurant. Very disappointing. Most of the restaurants were pretty bad and basic. Me and the wife tried to make the best of it. But it's hard when you spend so much on something so basic. Most of the staff were friendly. But there were quite a bit of them that didn't look like they wanted to be there.

Amazing!
Everything is so clean. Employees are so sweet, Sashy in particular from the entertainment team. I loved everything about this place! The restaurants were amazing and am flung to Miss Jamaica but will be here again! Love loveeee and will definitely recommend!

New Years Vacation of a lifetime!
Our room was spacious and had a very comfortable king bed with great bedding and pillows. The food choices at this resort are extraordinary. We enjoyed a different meal each night! Definitely go to the Bourdeaux french restaurant - all menu items are delicious! We also enjoyed the Italian restaurant and daily breakfast buffet options were endless! The Coco Cafe offered every type of hot and cold beverage you could imagine from a cafe, and even better...also has ice cream all day and evening! We were impressed by the quality of entertainment in the evenings with lots of professional variety. Our only feedback is to reduce the volume of the music at the pool which starts early in the morning and tends to go all day long. At times the music was not age appropriate and was more for a young party crowd which not who were there. I would suggest the activity staff 'read the crowd' and adjust accordingly. This resort is so well laid out, with extremely courteous staff who are obviously professionally trained. I would go back in a heart beat and feel that there is true value in spending the money to go to this five star property. Loved it!
