We had our anniversary trip here and loved it, we did the preferred club option and would choose that again. The staff was most excellent and friendly. The food was kind of a hit or miss.

What a great resort!!! it is very large, bring your walking shoes. Preferred areas were kid free, very clean, with lots of places to relax in the sun or in the shade. The food was very good, fresh, and plentiful. The drinks were always made with care and very tasty. The staff was excellent. We would highly recommend this location for a special occasion or for no reason at all.

Excellence experience!
Highly recommend this beautiful resort and highly recommend the private pool room. Jhon went above and beyond at several of the restaurants to give us an excellent experience. Jhon was very kind, funny and was the best staff member we encountered at the resort.

Me and my husband booked a trip here from 4/5/26-4/10/26 for our honeymoon. We had to end up leaving two days in due to being deathly ill. At arrival to the hotel it was a horrible experience to start all they did was try and sell to us and try to get us to spend more money. We got no tour of the hotel and brought to our room to discover it being filthy. Sh** stains in toilet, hair all over the bathroom and the room smelt like mold. The bedding had stains and a sweat odor. We arrived around 3pm and deiced to do a early dinner at the american grill. We ordered steak and shortrib and after taking a few bites realized the meat was grey. Within hours I was glued to the toilet vomiting and Sh*****. We ended up just going to bed. When I woke up the next morning I was still deathly ill and drank water showered and tried to feel decent to go down to the pool. We went to the pool to be served with dirty glasses. We also went to see the beach for the first time to only be harassed into a back room of a gift shop by a local and they tried selling us coke and weed and the police sat by and watched it happen as well as the hotel staff. We basically spent 3500$ to be deathly ill for 2 days to fly home to find out I contracted salmonella poising and a bacterial infection. The staff stole multiple items from our suitcases. This trip was a nightmare from hell and we are still fighting currently to get a refund. DO NOT GO HERE. Its unsafe, dirty, and there are zero health regulations for food. This place should be shut down.
