We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing week at Secrets Royal Beach. So many pool and beach options to choose from, you will have multiple choices whatever your vibe is. From sunny to shady areas, social or private, activities/entertainment to relaxing, its all available. Property layout is wonderful and convenient. Great dining options, all offering amazing cuisine. On site casino is a bonus! Located on a beautiful white powdery sand beach that stretches for endless walkable miles. They work almost around the clock to keep it pristine and seaweed removed. Overall the staff is friendly and willing to make your stay as great as possible. A few that went the extra distance for us were Ishmal at the Barefoot Grill, Euri at the quiet pool, Danielle at the lazy river and Sammy in the Preferred Club by the pool. These 4 consistantly provided an extra level of service and generally made our days better! I recommend seeking them out on your visit. Happy and safe travels!!

This place is horrible they give a felling I like you in jail the all place seround with wall and every time you go out you need to give them information like who you are switch room and delay you like you some kind of prisoner when they say it’s only for security of guest so menu security it fell like a army base I wouldn’t go there again and pool and people are so old not fun.

Secrets Family!!
10/10 service from the preferred club Manatee Bar!! We were there all week and enjoyed conversation with the team. They are all wonderful! Drinks were great and staff were even better! Margarita, Junior P, David, Benjamin, and Deylin were the best, truly made our vacation one to remember! Also want to give a 10/10 to Winter over at the main pool! Another awesome staff member. Carlos was our butler and always went above and beyond for us!!

Patricia and Pamela in the lobby bar lounge were the best! Very accommodating, attentive and friendly! Highly recommend visiting them. Lobby bar wasn’t always crowded either. Very comfortable.

Amazing trip!
Loved our girls trip to Secrets Royal Beach, the service was above and beyond, food was top notch, French restaurant was my favorite,and pool/beach were gorgeous. Activities were a bonus, water aerobics and water cycling were fun and hilarious! So many people made our trip special: Angel, Wilson and Winter at the pool bar, Jose V at the beach bar, Luis at the lobby bar, Cindy at check in, Denise and Miguela at Coco Cafe, and Rachel who make my omelette every morning! So many more... Waiters at dinners, Caesar at the Italian restaurant, Anuedi at Bluewater Grille... Ten stars would highly recommend this resort!
