The staff are absolutely amazing here. Room was great and kept super clean. Did not have a bad meal anywhere. Rosewater restaurant is an amazing perk for Secrets side. Shout out to Yesenia at Rosewater, Daniel at the Secrets Pool, Vincente at the Xhale pool, Antonia the bar tender, our Tony Moon. Thanks for the laughs and above and beyond service. We are in withdrawal.

Apr 14, 2026Amazing Resort... Disappointing Beach
The resort is very nice. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The food and drinks were outstanding. The Secrets side of the resort was very relaxing. Not a lot of chairs but it was sufficient. The Memories side is nice but loud. You can't hear the party from the Secrets side so it wasn't an issue. We never wanted for anything throughout the entire week. The resort and staff are definitely a five. My rating of a 4 is based solely on the very poor beach. There were large branched or roots sticking up from the sand which were treacherous. It's also very rocky. If you're a beach person, you will be disappointed. It feels like they may have possibly lost a lot of the beach in prior storms. There was a lot of Sargassum, which the resorts can't avoid. They do their best to clean it up. Beach was closed for most of the week due to high winds/waves... and two days because of a visit from a very large crocodile! We had an amazing time and would definitely go back again!

the staff at secret make the stay one of the best overall experiences we have had in the Mayan Riviera. the food and atmosphere was so good, always something to do

Great Experience
We had an amazing time. The food and staff was amazing at every location. Isaac and the team at Bites were so awesome every morning and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Book Your Vacation
I loveeddddddd ittttttt! I will be going back next year. The rooms were beautiful, the staff was beyond welcoming, and the food was delicious.

Hotel Spring Break Policy - Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
