This place is absolutely pristine, truly the trip of a lifetime. The entire property was gorgeous and so clean, the food was actually EXCELLENT. The shows were a lot of fun and there was always various music by the pools. There was a mariachi and huge buffet on the beach one night and it was a lot of fun. I want to give recognition to two of our butlers, Gustavo and Leticia! They answered any questions we had, arranged dinners, sent us daily updates of activities each day, and were very accommodating. We loved everything about Secrets Playa Blanca, and when we go back we will definitely love to have Gustavo and Leticia again. Just plan your trip here, you won’t regret it!

The Staff are the Heart of the Resort
We had the best experience at this resort. I have stayed many places over the years and in a lot of ways they all start to blend together, but the staff at this resort are who made this stay memorable. There are a few that I want to give a huge shout out to, Alfonzo, (poolside server) he was absolutely amazing and the person who made the biggest difference for me. He is a person who loves his job and it absolutely shows. He is an absolute joy to be around. Victor and Celeste (poolside concierge) were so kind and so sweet! They helped us make sure we had enough seats for our large group each day at the pool and were always there to assist if needed. We also meet Sue and Seni (I think I spelled her name wrong, so sorry!) both went out of their way to speak us, check on us, and just share some kind words. Hugo, was one of our favorite servers at Dockside, he was always kind in greeting us and was always very fun and lighthearted. The people at this resort are who made our stay the best that it could be. Thank you to each and every one of you!

Beautiful resort with excellent service
Fantastic resort with excellent service. The staff really went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed or even wanted. The resort has many dining options along with the multiple pools and events. The Jungle Pool is the hidden gem!

Beautiful Resort and Great Service!
Excellent resort north of Cancun. Beautiful beach, a pool for every taste and speed, and multiple dining choices. Portofino and Bordeaux were stand outs for dinner. High quality meals with elevated service. El Patio was also excellent, Oceana was the only disappointment as it was not at the same level as the others as far as food quality and service. Seaside Grill for breakfast and lunch was excellent and we attended a Mayan Dinner show (really awesome!) with a steakhouse theme. Service throughout the resort was top notch. Our butlers, Eduardo and Rafa, were attentive and helped with anything we asked including beach Bali bed reservations and reservations for activities such as a guacamole making class that was super fun. Our server Victor at Portofino was outstanding and Chef Fernanda was amazing and helped create a special meal for us at Bordeaux. Overall it was a standout resort with excellent food and service at all levels.
