This resort was nothing short of perfect. The views, the food, the infrastructure: it was all perfect. Very nice staff too, specifically Leticia and Gustavo, they made our trip that much better. I strongly recommend booking a trip here, it’s well worth it.

A Phenomenal Experience
My husband and I just returned from our trip today and we were absolutely blown away! The resort is stunning, the food was good and the service is fantastic! We had a preferred club room which came with a Butler team, much to our surprise! Our Butlers were Gloria and Alfred and we cannot express how amazing they were! WOW is all we can say! They took care of every thing we needed via WhatsApp with a smile and a sincere heart! We can't say enough great things about them and all of Secrets Playa Blanca!

Magical stay in Costa Mujeres
This experience was an absolute joy from beginning to end. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. With the preferred club you get “Butler service”. This gives you access to people who can help assist you in planning things from romantic evenings to trips to the spa. Gustavo and Leticia were assigned to our room and they did an amazing job and were accommodating and friendly. The food there is something to boast about. The restaurants are fun and offer something unique across all of them. The drinks and cocktails around the property are pretty standard as far as all inclusives go. However, the preferred club lounge offered a much more enticing breadth and quality of drinks that definitely made it worth the extra expense. Plus Abner and Hugo who both work the preferred club lounge were very friendly and offered to make personalized drinks to our taste. Some do the wait staff including Daniel from Oceans made it a point to get to know us and would constantly greet us around the property and see how he could help our stay be that much more special. The rooms for the preferred club were nice. The oceanfront swim out was definitely worth booking as it had beautiful views but offered and calm and private experience when you want to get away from the main pools. All in all, I would definitely recommend anyone stay here!

Phenomenal Resort
We visited the resort for our honeymoon in February '26 and it was absolutely stunning. The atmosphere is romantic, the food is delicious, and the preferred club was a phenomenal experience. We had butlers while there, Miguel & Martin, and they anticipated our every need, as well as helped plan our dinner dates! Would highly recommend this resort!

Outstanding!
I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this resort! I traveled with my mom and sister, and it was their very first time visiting Mexico. They were beyond impressed. I’ve personally stayed at several all-inclusive resorts, and this one far exceeded my expectations! The staff was exceptional — so accommodating and genuinely attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. A very special thank you to our concierge, Cinthia J; our incredible pool concierges, Alejandro and Josue; Alejandro and Henry, our fantastic cabana waiters; Brandon at the pool who created the most fun towel art; and Antonio at the Market Café. Each of them helped make our stay unforgettable. The restaurants were outstanding! Our absolute favorite was the Mexican restaurant, El Patio — the food and atmosphere were amazing. I’m already planning to book again and return in May to celebrate my 22nd wedding anniversary. We cannot wait to come back!
