  Beautiful and Friendly Experience

  I recently had the pleasure of staying at Secrets Maroma Beach resort. An absolutely beautiful place that is kept to the highest standards. The food is amazing and plentiful. Perhaps the most appealing aspect of the resort is the service from the staff. From reception to check out the attention to detail ensuring your comfort is such a home feeling atmosphere. You are assigned a concierge. I was fortunate enough to have Francia Torres as mine. Her daily messages and pleasant interactions always keeping me up with everything going on at the resort. Her attention to detail helped make mine and my wife’s stay most enjoyable. I would like to extend my thanks to the entire staff at the resort for their pleasant hospitality and friendly interactions. I would especially like to thank Freddy a waiter at the World Cafe breakfast. He is incredibly friendly and definitely made my wife and I’s morning most pleasant and enjoyable.

  The Crown Jewel of All-Inclusive

  This was a top flight service experience. The pictures from the website fail to show how plush and luxurious Secrets Maroma really is. It was a work trip that included spouses/partners. Outstanding venue, food and most of all....service. They were falling over themselves to wait on you in every restaurant, bar, pool or just general service. If you asked a question, they didn't tell you the directions, they guided you to their destination.

  Great vacation

  The hotel and hotel amenities were fantastic; the room was top notch and very clean. The bathroom was nice with a private stool room, 2 sinks at the vanity and a shower with 2 separate shower heads. The pool side was great, with a swim up bar and afternoon activities that the staff put on, and quick access to the beach. There were several other bars around the property, serving top shelf liquors and several varieties of beer. The food options were great as well, from the breakfast buffet for breakfast and lunch to pool side pizza and burgers, and evening restaurants including a steak house, seafood and my favorite the Japanese restaurant which serves hibachi. We went to several live shows at the resort, which included live music, a fire show, and karaoke. All in all, a great time and a great resort, I can see myself returning in the near future. Matt

  Simply Wow

  Wow , we booked Secrets Maroma to celebrate our 40th wedding Anniversary. It did'nt disappoint , from the minute you arrive to the second you leave , the service is second to none. We were on the top floor in building 25 , Roberto was our concierge , this guy was amazing to checking in daily to helping my husband flowers for our anniversary. Nothing was to much trouble , the staff are all lovely and hardworking , a few stood out for us , Manuel made sure our glasses were always topped up, he works so hard to make sure you're happy which includes getting me some coconut ice cream. Luis amazing guy , pool concierge , always greeted us with a smile , a chat and a lovely welcome . The staff are amazing and hardworking . We have been to Mexico many times , this hotel was the best from the food , atmosphere , entertainment , scenery and the cleanliness. We will be back , thank you Maroma for making our anniversary so special

  Immaculate resort

  My stay was absolutely wonderful! It truly felt like a home away from home. I really enjoyed the amenities, especially the gym, spa, and cabana rentals . Everything was beautiful and well maintained. I also appreciated being able to fully relax without worrying about what was going on in Mexico government (Cartels)— I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my entire stay in February 2026. Thank you again for such a memorable experience!
