Everything is as amazing! Can’t wait to go back!!!
My husband and I went Jan13-18 and stayed in building 26, preferred ocean view. Roger, our concierge, was the BEST anything we needed or any question we had was addressed quickly and with a smile. The entire staff at Secrets Maroma are so talented, welcoming, hard working and a pleasure to be around. The entire wait staff at the preferred beach club for breakfast took the best care of us, and were the best bartenders!! Axel at Seaside Grill went above and beyond for my husbands birthday dinner. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Ahhh-mazing!
My husband and I came here for our honeymoon. Nothing short of amazing. This was the first vacation that I wasn’t ready to get home at the end haha! Service and food were wonderful. Drinks were delicious and refreshing. We didn’t want for a single thing! We visited the spa twice during our stay and we are completely ruined lol. Best massages ever. I know I won’t find a similar experience here in Colorado. The beach was clean and gorgeous. We cannot wait to go back! My only complaint has nothing to do with the resort. It has to do with some entitled guests. I witnessed quite a few acting rude and entitled towards staff members. Staff handled them way better than I could have. They are hospitality PROFESSIONALS, please treat them with the upmost respect. Especially if you’re American, don’t give us a bad name lol!

Secrets saved our vacation
Stayed at Secrets resort due to another brand name hotel checked us in and took us to our room. They never told us that the water was off and if we needed to use the shower we could get a golf cart and go to there sister resort the St Regis to use a room for a shower !!! If we needed to flush the toilet they would send a bloke with a bucket of water !!! Not impressed I looked on line and found Secrets nice chain of 5 star all inclusive resorts adults only. Sounded a bit cheesey but we needed a place to stay for 5 days that had running water. Secrets was such a nice location and we were welcomed with the statement welcome home ! check in was a breeze a drink was brought from the bar and gosh did we need one. They showed us to our room no up selling or any of that time share nonesense . Room was clean running water swim up pool every thing we needed. out side was a desk with a concierge Antoni was a rock star told us all we needed to know he arranged coffee and breakfast to be deliver to our room daily at 9.30 am. The staff were all super friendly , helpful and happy it was such a great experience to be somewhere where everyone was there to help. As a brand secrets do a great job of going above and beyond to treat there customer as family.

Wonderful Resort
We had a wonderful time at this resort * 8 restaurants with good quality food * wonderful staff *beautiful beach * good entertainment * lovely room ( swim up ) * 24 hour coffee shop We spent 14 days at this lovely resort. We had “preferred “ status which I would recommend as you get access to a separate beach and restaurant where you have breakfast much nicer than the main breakfast area which is quite dark. Also get your own lounge and a separate check in. We had a swim up room however this was a waste of money as there was only room for one sunbed in the terrace which meant we never went there. Also their seasons swim up rooms with bigger terraces facing the beach but the sun goes behind at about midday so not worth the extra money. We felt the best restaurants were the French and Italian and the best place for lunch by the pool. The pool can be a hive or activity with visiting groups making a lot of “ whoop whoop” noises which is fun for a while but you can always escape to other pool areas or the beach. The entertainment was mainly good with rock concert , Mexican dancers however the shows in the theatre were not good as the band were very average. Staff were on the whole very nice however some are rather over the top and perhaps not as genuine as others also some will look to hard sell you packages which is what happened as soon as we arrived after a day of travelling. If you are there on News year eve please don’t buy any party packages we were hard sold the cheapest being a bottle of champagne on the beach to be entertained by the average theatre band which cost us $350 a complete waste of money you can see the beach fireworks from other places in the resort for free ! We complained about it but were ignored and invited to fill in a survey when we left. Not good. However it really is a lovely resort we had a great time there and would definitely recommend to others taking all what we have said into account

Secrets Maroma Review
This resort is amazing, four of us went from January 9th - 18th, from the moment we set foot on the property you could tell the service staff's primary goal was to make sure we were well attended and comfortable. Six restaurants on property, a variety of cuisines to choose from and over the top customer service. In over fifty years of traveling this is the first time we had done an all inclusive and all four of us have decided his is the way to go when so much variety is at hand. There is something for everyone and great memories abound.
