    Perfect winter getaway location

    Beautiful property with easy access to all amenities. Beach was the best with beautiful water and sand and lots of loungers Dining was delicious and service was impeccable Will definitely return to this property again

    Fabulous resort and beach

    We've been to quite a few resorts, but this might be the best. Definitely the best beach we've experienced and the service was impeccable. The staff was incredibly friendly and spoke good English.

    Amazing stay!

    Amazing property on a gorgeous beach and was perfect. The real star of the show was Angel our concierge who made our stay flawless- he went above and beyond to make our stay so fun and enjoying. Thanks to Angel and all the wonderful staff for a truly unforgettable experience!

    Beyond what we expected!

    We've been to Secrets Maroma before so we already knew what to expect. However, we were presently surprised with all the love we received. Bramdon was our building Concierge & is by far, the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! He took care of us the entire trip. We were surprised with special lunches & dinners that far exceeded our expectations. He communicated with us every day. His services are always top notch & professional. Bramdon treated us like family 😁 and that is why we love Bramdon! Rodrigo was outstanding! He really made sure that everything was going perfect, every day. Mauricio & Hugo, the pool Concierge guys, always made sure we had lounge chairs & fresh towels. Never gave us a hard time about leaving to go eat, get a massage or simply to go to the room for a refresher nap. Efrain, our specialty dinner waiter, was on point, as always! His service was outstanding. All staff were great & the service, all around, was excellent! The only downfall this trip was the theater & night club were closed for renovations. Shows were still going on in the lobby but its not the same as in a theater. The nightclub has never been open since we first visited Secrets Maroma in 2021.

    Relaxed stay at Secrets Maroma

    We had a wonderful stay at Secrets Maroma 12/6-12/14/25. Our concierge Bramdon went above and beyond to make our stay magical. He arranged several suprise dinners and was always making sure we were taken care of. Thank you Bramdon for treating us like family. Thank you Rodrigo Chávez (food and beverage manager), Juan Mora (chef), Angel (bartender at swim up bar, Felipe (Himitsu waiter), Mauricio, Edy and Hugo pool concierge, Efrain (romantic dinners). The only let down was the nightclub and theater were closed for renovations (they open on December 20th). All the restaurants, preferred lounge have been remodel. They have done a really nice job with the renovations. Secrets Maroma Beach is a beautiful resort. We will see you again soon.
