Highly recommend! Amazing service!
Amazing resort with Konte and Magdalena standing out. Arriving and getting offered Cava straight away. The workshops are the real takeaway, and they are well worth it! Can highly recommend to others! Being so close to a small city adds to the experience with the amount of options

Fantastic relaxing break
This was our fifth time of staying at Secrets and as usual you did not disappoint ... even though the weather wasn't as expected, having the spa facility to use was a lovely alternative to the outdoor pool area. The only slightly negative point was that one area of the hydro pool wasn't working.

🚨DANGEROUS MOLD/SCHIMMEL/MOHO in Room 811 – Rushed to the Hospital for emergency treatment (healthy athletic 30ish yo)
🚨DANGEROUS MOLD/SCHIMMEL/MOHO in Room 811 – Rushed to the Hospital for emergency treatment (healthy athletic 30ish year old) I stayed in Room 811 at Secrets Lanzarote and developed severe respiratory symptoms: hoarse throat, difficulty breathing, and voice loss. These worsened daily in the room but improved outside. By Day 4, my throat swelled so severely I couldn’t breathe and had to be rushed to the hospital. I am a healthy, athletic 30ish-year-old, and was diagnosed with laryngitis caused by mold exposure in the room. I required emergency treatment, including an injection to open my airway, and now need ongoing medication, which has not only ruined my plans on the island but also ruined my Christmas plans back home, as I need to recover for another week under medical advice. On Day 3, I went to the front desk to report my hoarse throat and raised concerns that something in the room might be causing it. They ignored the issue but did honor my request to shut down the AC. However, they failed to act promptly to address the root cause—mold in the room—or to change my room despite my worsening symptoms. This negligence put my health further at risk and led to a medical emergency. The hotel’s maintenance staff later admitted that mold is a recurring issue in Room 811, posing serious health risks. Initially, the staff assured me they would cover my medical bills. However, after my treatment, Laura López, the second in command, attempted to backpedal on this promise. After much persistence, the hotel finally reimbursed the bill but treated it as a “grand gesture.” Despite the severity of the situation, the hotel has refused to offer further compensation for the ruined holiday. On the last night, we were moved to a new room free of mold, but it was the same standard as Room 811 with a worse view (a downgrade). Laura even mocked my voice, pretended she couldn’t understand my English because it “sounded like German,” which she said with a smirk (especially enraging because I live in an English-speaking country, am fluent in English, and repeating myself was incredibly painful given how hoarse my voice was and how much speaking hurt). She laughed at my fear of suffocation and challenged me to “get a lawyer” or “write a bad review because it won’t affect us.” Mold poisoning is dangerous, particularly for older guests. If you stay here, check for mold (especially behind the toilet) and seek medical help immediately if symptoms arise. Secrets Lanzarote must take this issue seriously to avoid endangering more guests.

Winter Relaxation
Lovely location with friendly staff and chilled out vibe. Having stayed at Secrets a number of times before we always look forward to going back, especially just before Christmas for sun on our shoulders and to avoid the Christmas crazy at home. This trip the pool bar music and food offering have improved. We particularly liked the poke bowls. Being situated only a 15 minute walk from the restaurant lined marina gives plenty of options for lunch and dinner. All of the staff are very helpful. Particular mention to Isabel who always made sure we had everything we needed.
