The property and resort are both phenomenal. Great beach, nice pools and tasty restaurants. We got married there on the 14th and had an amazing time. Philippe is the greatest. He made sure to check on us daily and inform us of all activities and special events going on throughout the property. When we come back, which we are already planning, we will definitely be requesting Philippe!

week long getaway Cap Cana
Very pleased with the experience overall. Service is top notch. Jeison Calderon was our concierge, and he went above and beyond with our request and overall was very helpful arranging our spa appointment, activities, and taxi back to airport. The dinner in the restaurants is amazing for the evening. The breakfast and lunch buffet really has a bit of everything and great quality ingredients. Drink quality was also great. The house red wine was not my preferred, but they have an extensive bottle menu for additional cost. Location wise, the beach is secluded and very relaxing. The whole area has a controlled entrance, so there aren't many people in the beach at any given time. There is also no beach vendors. The hotel is more on the relaxing side. The entertainment in the lobby is lively and there are shows in theater every night, but if you are looking for a party, the Punta Cana resorts are probably better suited. The treatments in the spa were also great and the masseuses attentive. The only negative was some of the hydrotherapy jets were out of commission during our stay.

Best international vacation ever
This is an outstanding resort! It exceeded our expectations beyond measure. We stayed in a bungalow and it was semi secluded which we loved, but close to the lounge and beach as well. The staff go above and beyond every time. The whole vacation left us relaxed and ready for another trip there next year with our family.

Wonderful Time!
We spent 5 nights at Secrets Cap Cana with our friends (one of which was celebrating her 40th birthday). For the 5 days were in bliss! The hotel has a more traditional island feel, is immaculate, and the grounds are gorgeous. We thought the food was pretty good for an all-inclusive and there is a nice variety of restaurants. We had a preferred oceanfront room, but preferred the non-preferred pool as you can see the ocean from the non-preferred pool. We enjoyed spending our days going back and forth from the main pool to the ocean. Our butler, Miguel, was awesome and made our stay extra special! He did several things that were above and beyond and here a few things. My partner needed an emergency medication, and he picked it up for us at a pharmacy near his home when they didn’t have it anywhere closer to the resort. The birthday girl always dreamed of having drinks served in pineapples and Miguel made that happen on her birthday while we were on a cabana on the beach. Additionally, we left for the trip right after my birthday and Miguel had rose petals, champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and a cake delivered to our room. I also wanted to mention that we are part of the LGBTQ community and always felt welcomed and comfortable to be our selves. It was a great stay!

Cap Cana we so beautiful!
We visited this resort for our 1 year wedding anniversary and this was our 2nd trip to this resort. We loved every minute of it, besides the rain, but we can't change the weather. Miguel was our butler and went above and beyond for us. He helped us get more comfortable pillows when we didn't like the ones in the room. He put a beautiful rose display on our bed for our anniversary and arranged everything we needed. We loved the food, service, drink selections, room service and pools. We stayed preferred and had access to a private pool and 2 extra restaurants for breakfast and lunch. We can't wait to return!
