This was my 5th visit to Secrets Cap Cana. My butler, Miguel Rodriguez made sure I had everything I needed the entire 12 days. My friend Teofilo, the manager at Rosewater, and his crew were working at Seaside every morning while Rosewater itself was being renovated. Richal and Keila always made me feel at home. Quibel and Carlos at the watersports area were the best. I love to sail and their attention to detail in maintaining the Hobie Cats is exemplary. In the Lobby bar, Agustin, Humberto, Chayan, Marion, Yaritza, and Yanessa were always there to entertain and make sure everyone had a great time. I love this place and I'm going back again in November 2026.

Vacations are the best when you have concierge like Francis!
This was our second time at Secrets Cap Cana! We had an amazing time and our concierge for the week was beyond wonderful. Francis was the best we have ever had! He made sure we had everything covered from our dinner reservations and everything in between! He treated us like family!

A Perfect and Unforgettable Stay
We had an absolutely perfect stay! Everything was just right from the first to the last moment. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is wonderful – warm, welcoming, and full of comfort. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. We would especially like to mention our concierge Baretto: he was always there for us, extremely helpful, attentive, and truly a wonderful person. Thanks to him, our holiday became even more enjoyable and relaxing. We are so grateful! We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back. It was an unforgettable stay – thank you so much for everything! 🌟✨

Absolutely AMAZING Resort-10/10 Would Go Again!!
My wife and I had such an amazing time here. I did a lot of research because this was for my honeymoon and I was so pleased that it paid off. We even met plenty of repeat customers (some had been there DOZENS of times) who said this is one of, if not the, the best resorts Secrets offers. The resort is spectacular and rooms are very nice. They keep your fridges stocked each day which is great. We loved the restaurants (Himitsu and Porto Fino were our favorites) and they had a nice variety too. The pools were great! We were at the Preferred Club which had its own pool, so we stayed there for the most part, but the main pool was also great with a swim-up bar. It's a more happening pool, but it did not seem too crazy by any means. The beaches were beautiful too! Not too much seaweed when we went in November, water was a little brisk but not bad. Plenty of folks swimming around. We felt like we really enjoyed the Preferred Club and would want to do that again. It is definitely not necessary because the resort is great, but we liked having our own pool, lounge, and side of the beach. Plus the beach set-up is better for couples imo (2 chairs with an umbrella separated from all the others). Great service from waiters on the beach there too. Our butler, Anibal, was the best! He was so helpful to us and always made sure we had what we needed (info at the resort, Gatorade when i was sick, drink in our hand, taxi cab for Sunday Mass). We had great bartenders at the Preferred Club pool (Francisco and Alvaro). They were so much fun to talk with and so very kind-always a great time grabbing a drink from them. Our waitresses, Xionara and Maria, were so sweet and attentive to our needs. They always made sure we were taken care of and had a great time. They were so much fun too! We did not end up doing excursions but seemed like they had a lot to offer. We spent most of our time in the pool or on the beach. They had plenty of shows while we were there and the lobby at night would have music and there are some cafes and bars there you can get a drink at and hang out. Overall, this sets the bar very high for future trips. I would recommend this resort to anyone and everyone.

We stayed here for a week. The service is very good, the staff are very attentive and the personal concierge is a nice touch although we didn’t need them that much. It’s nice that the concierge would come and find you daily to check on things. The resort is beautiful as is its beach front area. I would have loved to recommend this place to people but for us unfortunately the food was a let down. The food often looked visually appealing. In fact deserts look stunning. However the taste could always be guaranteed to be strange or below average. Cookies, cakes etc in the coffee shop were always stale. The entertainment was average. Some days were ok but there wasn’t enough variety. One of the locations was the lobby area but had limited seating and it always felt awkward being in the lobby.
