    This fine dining restaurant presents a menu serving of gourmet à la carte French specialties. Air-conditioned indoor seating is available, as well as outdoor tables.

    Begin the morning with a cup of local brew at a sunny indoor/outdoor cafe. Serving premium coffee and snacks in a casual, relaxed atmosphere, the Coco Café is a favorite among guests.  Late-night bites include sandwiches, fruits, yogurt and pastries.

  • Himitsu
    This popular dining institution specializes in a fusion of Pan-Asian a la carte specialties. Guests can enjoy fully air-conditioned interior ambiance as well as outdoor seating. Teppanyaki tables are also available.

    A buffet-style restaurant serving a variety of local and international cuisine.

    From the moment we stepped on the resort of Secrets Cap Cana, we felt like royalty! Our personal butler, Jeison, was exceptional. Very kind, attentive, personable and knowledgeable! We will be back for sure and hopefully for a longer stay and bring more family!

    Our trip was AMAZING, as always! This is our favorite place in the world!

    This is our favorite place in the world! It’s always good to get back home to see our family, Vanessa, Maria, Stephany and Xiomara! And of course, Javier, the best bartender in the world! Anibal was amazing and check on us several times per day, asking if there was anything we needed! So friendly and helpful! Def ask for Anibal if you go!

    Another Incredible Stay — We Keep Coming Back!

    This was not our first visit to Secrets Cap Cana, and it most certainly will not be our last. We have returned to this resort many times, and with each visit we are reminded exactly why it continues to be our favorite. From the stunning atmosphere to the consistently exceptional service, every detail reinforces our decision to come back again and again. One of our greatest joys is introducing new friends to the resort on every trip—and it never fails to impress. This time, we traveled as a group of five couples in mid-December 2025, staying non-Preferred, and once again our expectations were exceeded in every possible way. Even as repeat guests, the level of care never feels routine or transactional—it feels genuine, thoughtful, and deeply personal. A truly extraordinary and heartfelt thank-you goes to our concierge, Alexander Reyes, who elevated our entire stay to an entirely new level. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, Alexander was nothing short of exceptional. His professionalism is flawless, his warmth is genuine, and his attention to even the smallest details is unmatched. He anticipated our needs before we ever had to ask, ensured every plan ran seamlessly, and made each of us feel like VIP guests throughout the entire stay. Whether it was coordinating group plans, checking in daily, or simply making sure everything was perfect, Alexander consistently went above and beyond—and then somehow managed to exceed even that. His dedication, kindness, and pride in his work are rare, and he is truly one of the biggest reasons this trip was so memorable. Secrets Cap Cana is incredibly fortunate to have him, and we already hope he will be part of every future visit. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Luis and Darling, who stepped in to assist our group during a brief period when Alexander was off. They ensured continuity of service and made sure everything ran smoothly in his absence. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed, and we were grateful for the care and attention they provided to our group. It was also wonderful to see Miguel again, whom we remembered from a previous trip. He has recently been promoted into service, and his enthusiasm is absolutely contagious. He is clearly eager to learn every aspect of his new role, and his positive attitude and friendly energy made every interaction a pleasure. The pool service deserves special recognition thanks to Madelyn and Fidelina, who were truly exceptional and an absolute joy throughout our stay. Day after day, they provided attentive, seamless service with warmth, efficiency, and genuine care for our entire group. No matter how busy the pool became, they always remembered our preferences, checked in on us regularly, and made sure everyone had exactly what they needed—often before we even realized we needed it. Their positive energy, professionalism, and constant smiles created an atmosphere that made lounging by the pool feel effortlessly luxurious. Madelyn and Fidelina are shining examples of what world-class hospitality looks like, and they played a huge role in making our pool days some of the most relaxing and enjoyable moments of our trip. Our mornings would not have been complete without Jose’s omelet station. Breakfast quickly became a daily highlight thanks to his consistency, skill, and friendly personality. It’s an absolute must-stop every morning and something we look forward to each day. The entertainment team was absolutely outstanding and added an incredible layer of fun and vibrancy to our entire stay. They did a fantastic job of keeping everyone informed, engaged, and included without ever being intrusive. La Diva, Rihanna, Johnny Walker, Ice Cube, Lady No Gaga and Elizabeth brought nonstop energy, creativity, and personality to everything they did. From painting and jewelry making to other interactive and creative daytime activities, they created experiences that were not only entertaining but genuinely memorable. Their enthusiasm was contagious, their teamwork was seamless, and their ability to connect with guests of all personalities made each activity feel welcoming and enjoyable. The entertainment team truly elevated the overall atmosphere of the resort and played a major role in making our days as enjoyable as our evenings. Year after year, Secrets Cap Cana continues to deliver an exceptional, unforgettable experience. Whether it’s your first visit or your tenth, this resort has a remarkable way of making every stay feel special and meaningful. We are already counting down the days until our next return—and, of course, bringing even more friends along to experience it with us.

    Our favorite vacation

    Always the best vacation we take. This place and these people cannot be topped. Family away from home from the moment you stepped foot on the property until you sadly depart. Our butler Aníbal is why we keep coming back. He knows this property and all the people and when you encounter any issue it is fixed in minutes. If considering the DR as a vacation I have to say they this resort will not disappoint and the people make it even better. From crepes by the pool, to rum filled coconuts in the sun and delicious restaurant choices you will not regret this decision. We cannot wait to be back.

    Exceptional customer service

    Outstanding service that I’ve not seen ever before. All staff went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Obviously Hyatt have an exceptional training programme which in my opinion is evident in every member of staff.
