Great Service
Great relaxing resort with plenty of entertainment opportunities. Jason Calderon was our butler for our stay and did a tremendous job of alerting us to any activities we could take part in each day. He also set up a surprise breakfast in our unit while we were out at the beach one day. He was also good at recognizing when we wanted quiet time for a mid day nap. He did anticipate our needs. Overall the entire resorts staff were very service friendly. I will be returning at some point in the future.

Our true paradise, always.
We come to Secrets Cap Cana, our favourite resort, twice a year, and are amazed everytime. We have experienced continuous improvement over what we had already considered to be excellent. New menus, great varieties and plenty of delicious foods at all restaurants and on the beach, impeccable services by happy and dedicated staff, great activities and entertainment, the best hydrotherapy and spa, and the best and most peaceful white sand beach. While all the staff is very nice and happy everywhere, we particularly appreciate the special care of the following staff during our stay: Teofilo, Rigoberto and Juansito (restaurants and food&beverage): very attentive care, made us feel very special Anibal and JP (butlers): attentive, dedicated, polite, professional Carolyn (lobby bar): lively, sweet, efficient, cheerful, attentive, friendly Franci and Marcia (Preferred Club bar): attentive, excellent drinks. Franci made us the best freshly squeezed digestive ginger drink Maria (PC beach): very friendly and cheerful, made the best pina colado in a pineaple everytime we are here Manhattee Bar: Marisol (always very friendly and loving us from previous trips), Raudy very helpful. Coco Cafe: Alexandra: always very helpful and cheerful Chef Maximo (excellent seafoods); Chef Kenia (Rosewater lunch) ; Chef Guido (best paella, better than the paella at other Secret Resorts) El Patio, Luis captain very nice, happy and helpful Narissa on the beach, who noticed that we had no beach towels at the pool of our suite early in the morning, offered to bring them to us. Aracelis, my favourite masseur at the Spa. We will be back in February 2026.

AMAZING!
The resort was great! The weather was amazing! The staff were very energetic & accommodating. Barreto went above & beyond his job for us! If you are lucky enough to get him for your stay you will NOT be disappointed 😊

We loved Secrets Cap Cana
We cannot say enough good things about our 5 nights at Secrets Cap Cana. We upgraded to the Preferred club and it was well worth the extra cost. The Preferred pool and beach are were lovely (more intimate and quieter than the larger pool), our Preferred room was also more private and located right near the preferred bar and pool. Staff are exceptional and we can’t wait to go back again next year!
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room.
