Excellent service. Phillipe, our concierge was very accommodating throughout the entire stay. He provided a tour of the resort on arrival, and checked in DAILY with any activities or needs during our time there. Furthermore, the food, drinks, and views were absolutely amazing. This is by far the best resort in Punta Cana and I highly recommend it as the choice of stay during your visit to the DR.

A great holiday experience.
Secrets is a beautiful resort, laid out over a large area. The beach is also wide, and sandy. The facilities are superb, with numerous restaurants. I have been greatly impressed by the food offerings, including T bone steaks, rib eye steaks and lobster. Wine is also good, with choice. Service is attentive, and friendly. The “preferred” area is best, and, in particular, quiet. The other area pools have loud music playing most of the day, but are still beautifully laid out and well maintained. Rooms in the preferred area, are of a very good standard, including a well stocked complimentary fridge, including premium bottles of spirits, crisps, and chocolates, all replenished daily. The bed is large, and extremely comfortable. This is an expensive resort, but the quality shows. Entertainment in the evenings is varied, with many tribute groups, including Queen, The Beatles, Beyoncé, etc. Overall a great holiday experience.

This is the top Secrets we have traveled to now. Beautiful resort and gorgeous beach and landscaping and food and drinks and entertainment and pools exceptional. great service over all

Winter paradise
It was a beautiful place to visit for a winter vacation. The food and service was exceptional and our personal conceriage was outstanding Francis made sure that we taken care of during our stay at Secrets cap cana.

Relaxing hotel
Nice hotel. Good food and rooms. Reinaldo M was the best concierge. He was always there to help which is what made the experience more enjoyable.
