Rousse, Manuel, Anahi, Diego R,Sergio G, restaurant manager Sergio, chefs Edith, Felipe, Cesar and Adventure Course staff Javi, Alejandra and Antonio were all so very kind and made our trip so special! We are vegetarians and the team worked so hard to provide us with memorable meals. The Adventure course was fantastic and Alejandra and Antonio took such great care to tailor it to what we wanted. The resort is beautiful and our butler, Rousse, was the absolute best! And truly cares and made the 60th birthday celebration more than we had hoped for. From the 8th floor cabanas and the wonderful team there to the beachfront Bali beds, this is a wonderful place to unwind and be pampered. The team is 10/10!!

We went to the sky bar and it was great. Shayla and Maria was extremely helpful and hospitable. We would definitely would come back.

Quality facility, great service & good food
Just returned from 4 days Sayulita / 3 days Secrets Bahia Mita. Overall summary: Service/attentiveness: A+ (special call out to Ivan at the restaurant and Maria & Sheyla at the sky deck pool. They truly took the service to another level with a personal touch! Beach: B. Chairs area a bit crowded & be sure to bring water shoes for the rocks. This area is not adults-only. Access to surfing was easy Food/Drink: A / C. Portofino & Bordeaux were outstanding as was the breakfast buffet for the preferred area. Lot of variety for food. Drinks were average as common with most A/I's. Rooms / Property amenities: Property has all the basics and is super clean & well maintained. Rooms are nicely appointed. This is a large property - be prepared to walk and tips go a long way to support the staff.
