Jan 21, 2026Wonderful resort with very friendly staff
Just returned from a 3 day stay at Secrets Baby Beach after we’re on a cruise from Panama to Aruba on Windstar. It was wonderful to wrap up our vacation in a relaxing resort. Buffet food for breakfast and lunch was outstanding. Hotels services were top notch and extremely friendly. I hope Hyatt keeps this investment to the current quality standards.

Fantastic Resort - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Secrets at Baby Beach in Aruba was absolutely fantastic. The resort is immaculate (which just opened in June 2025) everything was spotless and beautifully maintained the entire time we were there. You can tell cleanliness and attention to detail are a top priority. The staff were outstanding: incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Every interaction felt genuine, and they truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The Entertainment Team also deserves a special mention—they were energetic, engaging, and added so much fun to the overall experience without ever being over the top. One of the best perks was how close Baby Beach is—only about a 3-minute walk from the resort. The experience there was seamless and relaxing thanks to resort staff on the beach providing chairs and drinks (Pop, Chill Beer, Balashi Beer), which made beach time effortless and really fun. The food was incredible for an all-inclusive resort, with excellent variety and consistently high quality. The buffet, available for breakfast and lunch (not dinner), was absolutely out of this world and far exceeded expectations. Oceania, the seafood restaurant, really stood out—the surf and turf was amazing and featured a real North American–style steak, cooked perfectly, which was such a pleasant surprise. The drinks were equally impressive, made with true top-shelf liquor and expertly crafted cocktails. Between the exceptional service, delicious food and drinks, fun entertainment, and the unbeatable beach access, this resort exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Secrets at Baby Beach to anyone considering Aruba.

Beautiful resort Great food and sunny weather Very helpful staff Rooms spacious and clean We stayed in the oceanview preferred club 3rd floor not sure about the value Plus No shade from the hot afternoon sun This was our first secrets resort We have travelled to many of the Caribbean islands and to Aruba in the past We choose SBB for the relaxed vibe and new resort atmosphere Every morning we walked around baby beach and did stay to swim a few times access to towels, drinks and chairs were good however no shade which was a con for us ( we enjoy staying at the beach.) A few staff members were outstanding Anthony our butler Raquel, Denise and Roxanne! We enjoyed our week at SBB It is a relaxed and quiet vibe however that was why we chose to stay there Give it a try and see for yourself!

NYE stay at Baby Beach
We have stayed at many Secrets resorts in the past and this was very similar to those stays. Since this resort has just been open a few months there are definitely some areas that could use improvements like improving their service around the pool. On many occasions there were multiple staff members just standing around vs asking if we wanted any drinks or helping customers with finding an open chair and laying out their towels. Food was pretty good at the sit down restaurants, the breakfast buffet was on the more limited side vs other secrets in Mexico but still good. Pros: access to baby beach was just short walk away, staff sets up loungers or Tommy Bahamas chairs, no umbrella though and no alcohol available but we took down a yeti filled with our favorite drink. The resort was super accommodating when our flight were cancelled due to the airspace restrictions. They could have price gouged us but instead they offered a very reasonable price and didn’t make us change rooms. Cons: preferred wasn’t worth it, nobody checked if you were preferred or not at the pool bar or in the lounge. We didn’t think the butler was worth the extra costs. The preferred rooms were basic. We used a suite upgrade award but was just a room that was ocean front but one of the smaller room sizes we’ve stayed in a Secrets resort .The entrainment was limited. NYE event could have been better but this was the first year so maybe just learning the ways. The fireworks were great but the other entertainment was boring and guest didn’t seem entertained. The location of the resort is a con if you’re looking to get to palm beach but you should already know that before booking. They did have shuttles but we didn’t take advantage of them. Overall, we would come back, I’m sure service will improve as the staff gets better and they adjust things based on guest feedback.
