Great place to stay
Great location. I liked that you could take a long scenic walk a long the beach. The Palm Beach and Eagle Beach areas are a short drive. Would recommend getting your own transportation but the hotel offers trips to both locations. Employees are very helpful and kind. Large fitness area. Will a variety of equipment.

Secrets Baby Beach Aruba is truly a hidden gem.
Secrets Baby Beach Aruba is truly a hidden gem. If you’re looking for a quiet little paradise where you can completely unplug and reset, this resort absolutely delivers. The property is brand new and located on one of the most spectacular — and easily one of the best — beaches in Aruba. Baby Beach is breathtaking, and the views from the pool are incredible. Everything feels immaculate: spotless rooms, beautifully designed spaces, and an overall sense of calm luxury. The food was another big highlight. Even though it’s all-inclusive, everything tasted incredibly fresh and light — to the point where it honestly felt like I was losing weight instead of gaining it. You can really tell quality matters here. The staff is genuinely warm, attentive, and friendly — always smiling and happy to help, without being intrusive. Entertainment was fun but never loud or overwhelming, which fit perfectly with the peaceful atmosphere of the resort. One very special bonus for us was that the hotel is pet-friendly. Being able to bring our beautiful dog Charlie with us made the experience even more meaningful and unique. This place is quiet, serene, and truly restorative — a real vacation in every sense. Coming from NYC, it was exactly what I needed to clear my head and recharge. The hotel is located in an absolutely gorgeous, tranquil spot, far from crowds and noise. Highly recommended. 🌴✨

Give it a few years to work out the kinks
I want to start off with the positives of this resort. It is absolutely beautiful. Everything is new. The pools are amazing. The infinity pool looking towards the oceans is beath taking. The food at the Tierra is very good. I would say the best food on the resort for sure. We ate there twice. Staff at the front desk was amazing. They had a good attitude and laughed with us. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the front desk staff. Housekeeping staff were also amazing. They were all over it. Kind of reminded me of being on a cruise. As soon as you leave they are in there straightening up. Top notch for sure. The cons - The resort is on the complete opposite side of the island than all other resorts. With that said, there is absolutely nothing to do during the day at the resort. No activities. They provide an itinerary for the day through their app but do not adhere to it at all. It says line dancing in the sports bar at 8. You go at 8 and there is just music playing with no line dancing at all. It will say Karaoke at 9 in the sports bar. You go in at 9 and Karaoke is up on the screen but the DJ is just doing his thing and there is no karaoke. If you want to do anything, you HAVE to rent a car and go to the other side of the island. It is $85 to get a taxi into town (40 min drive) and then another $85 to return. A rental car is $99 and includes taxes and insurance. No brainer. If you dont drive, you are screwed. The hibachi restaurant is average at best. Not even sure why you need pants to go there. Its not upscale at all. The Italian restaurant was no better. The staff in the Italian restaurant acted like they didn't want to wait on you. The Market Cafe and plenty of options which was nice. However, you walk in and there are 20 maybe 30 flies all over the assortment of breads. You have to swat them away and then wonder how safe it is to eat it. I went to the swim up bar at the infinity pool. Both times the plastic glass smelled like mildew. I couldn't even drink my beverage because I couldn't get past the smell. The shower in the room (the rooms are awesome) has wall paper in it. I am not sure who designed that but 6 months old and it already had mold growing. The floor in the bathroom was time. As you walked on the floor water seeped up through the cracks. It was mind boggling. You could not get a consistent drink anywhere. None of the bar tenders could make a good drink. It was so bad that we just stuck with beer the entire week. You are hounded about doing a presentation for their time share that they dont call a time share. When you finally give in and do the presentation, they get mad if you say no and you are looked at differently. It was very disappointing. I realize this just opened about 6 months ago and they are training and evolving however understanding that, they should be charging accordingly. To pay almost 5K for 2 ppl to fly there and stay for 5 days and have to leave the resort to have a good time is sad. I had added pictures that reflect the beauty of the resort. It will not allow me to add videos of the water coming through the floor or the mold growing in the shower from wall paper.

Good times with some issues...
My first time to Aruba and very familiar with the secrets brands. Knew from the prior reviews that it was relatively new (6 months now) and there were some kinks to be worked out. I would honestly rate it 3.5/5 but gave it 4 since I overall enjoyed my stay. This resort is in the isolated area of the island near baby beach. Here's something, this property was initially started by SANDALS but for some reason it didnt fall through and Secrets took over. I also heard that a Dreams and a mall will be in the works in the area. This explains the different layout compared to other Secrets resorts. The resort itself is beautiful and not too huge. Still there was difficulty finding my room as the rooms are occupied in one bracket shaped building where there are not many maps to readily find the location of each room. Hopefully they'll incorporate more guides along with maps as well in the resort. Check in was a bit of a wait with not many people at the front desk. I had upgraded to an ocean view room and the rooms are nicely modern and well appointed. However there were some stains on my bed sheets (odd for a new resort) but the issue was addressed. The pools are nice and a quick walk to baby beach is accessible (you can take a golf cart as well). The staff is genuinely friendly and felt right at home. Now the food is hit or miss at times. Buffet was pretty good, however they need fly lamps or simply need to cover the food since there are tons of flies and bugs around. They only have 3 restaurants open at night (market cafe isnt open like other secrets at night) and they can improve on availability. Do yourself a favor and go to the south american cuisine tierra. The chefs are from colombia and chile I believe which explains the succulent flavors and presentation. The italian was good as well. Shout out to Amy for great service there! Oceana was horrible along with the a la carte asian place. Wait times were horrible as well there for both. Entertainment is fine along with activities to do during the day. Room service food was delish albeit they messed up my order a few times. Overall, I had a good time and hopefully in the future they can improve on the inconsistencies and minor things pointed out. If so, this is easily a 5 star hotel and one of the best Secrets in the chain. I hope to return.

Great Food and Entertainment Team
I recently stayed at Secrets Aruba for 7 nights / 8 days while attending and teaching at a FitFtay, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The resort itself was clean, beautiful, and extremely well maintained from start to finish. I’ve stayed at 15+ all-inclusive resorts across the Caribbean, and I can confidently say that Secrets Aruba offers some of the best food quality I’ve ever experienced—both in variety and execution. A huge highlight of my stay was working alongside the entertainment team, who were welcoming, professional, and an absolute joy to collaborate with. Special recognition to Ivy, Angela, Taisia, Deyvid, Yasmine, Toni-Lisa, Gabriela, and Emilio—their energy and support truly elevated the experience for both guests and instructors. I’m grateful for such a memorable stay and would absolutely recommend Secrets Aruba to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-run, and vibrant resort experience.
