Dec 03, 2025Wonderful butler and beach
Baby beach was very nice with it's sandy bottom and shallow and calm water. The color of the water was a beautiful turquoise, and there was no problem with seaweed. This was our first experience with a butler at a Secrets resort. The check-in process was much faster. Our butler, Jimmy, gave us a great tour of the resort and our room. Also, the preferred areas and services were very nice. The value of our butler became very apparent after I was injured from a fall on our tour of the island. I had a severely twisted ankle and a gash in the back of my head. Jimmy came to the hospital, and had a wheelchair waiting when we pulled up and he pushed me to our room. He also personally rented me an electric scooter and brought it to our room. This service went above and beyond anything we have had elsewhere. Almost everyone we encountered on the resort was very kind and helpful. Another shout out to Denise and Edward who were excellent servers.

Just returned from an amazing holiday at Secrets Baby Beach. This is a new addition to the Secrets chain - everything is new and clean and beautiful. Rooms are amazing, pools are incredible, the food delicious, the service is fantastic. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. I really had no complaints about the property - only ideas to enhance the customer experience. Currently there are only 5 options for dinner- the Oceanic (seafood) the Portofino (Italian) the Tierra ( steak house with South American flavours) the Hibitsu ( Asian) this restaurant to me counts as two spots to eat as you can experience the grill ( reservation required) or order off menu. I’m sure the property will another restaurant with time and hopefully do some fun outdoor BBQ buffets. There is a daily lunch BBQ with burgers and hotdogs and fries available. It would be fun to enhance this feature with more additional items maybe featuring the culinary flavours of the island. My only issue with the room was that the outdoor chairs needed a cushion. I felt that the Sports Bar was lacking- it really needed more TV screens that played multiple sports games. Preferred Club- we were in the preferred club and I found that if I asked for a certain brand - I would get it after the staff verified my room. The lounge was enjoyed every night. Julianne and Chanel looked after us. The beach is beautiful- crystal clear water. The only issue I had was that no one picked up their garbage. The beaches are public- but why can’t people find a garbage can. This was a huge downside to the holiday- not Secrets problem but an Island problem. My husband and I actually picked up bags and used drink containers and threw them out on our way back to the resort.

Amazing Friends Getaway!
I visited Secrets Baby Beach with a friend. It was just a 5 night getaway for two busy mom's who needed a little break. Secres Baby Beach was the perfect place for this. The resort itself is beautiful. We loved the location. It was quiet and away from the crowds. Baby Beach was excellent and we loved snorkeling and swimming there. We only wish there had of been shade offered there. It was a quick walk from the resort and they had loungers, towels and bottled drinks down there. The food was excellent at the resort especially at Tierra, this was by far our favourite restaurant and the martini's from Prelude were amazing! My friend loved the coffees offered at Coco Cafe. The service was very good at the resort and everyone was so very friendly. We loved our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this resort to anyone! We rented a car and highly recommend doing so, so you can go out and explore the island. We visited the caves in the National Park and they were so interesting! Highly recommend! I will absolutely be back to Aruba one day!

Great resort, excellent food and accommodations.
Great experience for a new resort. There are some minimal things that need to be added and changed but it did not change a great time at the resort. Food was amazing, clean resort and pools. One of the favorite highlights was a special guest instructor from Canada, Chelsey Linton. She taught Empower Pilates and Core & Booty Burn during her stay which made my workouts each day so much better!

Loved our stay!
We very much enjoyed our stay at Secrets Aruba! Food and drinks were great as well as the pools and beach. Baby beach is beautiful and just a short walk down a hill. The resort was not full capacity and it was easy to get chairs around the pools and rarely a wait to go for dinner. I like that no reservations were required. A shout out to Rae Ann (I believe that is her name) at the concierge desk as she helped me out with my dead laptop. I forgot to pack my charger cable and she leant me hers :)))) The entertainment could have been better. There were a couple shows that had just started and then the rain began. I think there should be a roof over the stage so the performances could have continued. Beds were comfy. My only other complaint was that we were on the third floor and our balcony did not have a rooftop. It rained a couple days and I would have liked to be able to sit on balcony. A rooftop also would have helped shield us from the hot sun.
