The service is horrible, if you aren’t white then you are invisible. The hotel is old and un kept. I have to ask for basic things daily like face towels and the food I BAD a combination of old and stale with no flavor. Don’t come here spend your money else where

Great family friendly resort
Pros: Really friendly people, very helpful - Jesus and Rigopaulo at breakfast made it extra special every morning knowing our orders and managing our young kids (7 and 4). Maria/Adriana were helpful guiding all the activities available for the day and helping to book tours/cabana/dinner. Location is good with easy access to pools/beach. Although a bit older hotel, clean and comfortable - room had enough space (king and separated bunk bed) appreciated the daily cleaning of the room. Cons: took a couple of days to get towels for the beach (always ran out), many people leave towels on the chairs all day at the pool/beach so it's hard to get a seat if you don't go early. The buffet/lunch options don't have much vegetarian variety. Shows at 830pm/9pm are a bit late for the kids.

Stayed Mar 22-29 26 Great family resort lots for kids to do. Hotel is clean, food is great. A la cartes our favorites were Sumari and Manhattan. The Big Ben needs a little suggestions-crab cakes and artichoke dip should be served warm. Ordered 2 steaks neither were cooked to our liking still pretty raw. Salmon was not cooked to our liking either still pretty raw. If that could be addressed the restaurant would be amazing. The waiters at the Buffet need more attention to thier guests. Barely do they come around, most days we had to take cutlery from other tables and get our own drinks. But the food at the buffet was really good lots of variety.However the service at the a la cartes were awesome! If you want a pool chair or beach chair there gone by 7am. No joke! Set your alarm for 530 if you want chairs. Even though there is a sign no reserving chairs . They still do. Cleaning staff work very hard, rooms were super clean! Now the best for last the bartenders Cesar,Armando and Fernando are absolutely 💯 👌 the best. They make the best drinks, so friendly always wanting to serve you with a smile 😃. Some of our fav's Miami Vice, Purple Rain and Mojitos really anything they make is great! They too hustle in the heat!! Overall great Resort highly recommend if you have young children. Super safe!
