Stupendous Bartenders!
Cesar & Alejandra were awesome! best bartenders at the resort. Very nice and fun. The resort was overall very nice. I do wish there were more things to do in the late hours though. Big Ben was a great restaurant!

MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Employees are rude, and no apologizes whatsoever. Overall experience is zero stars. If you don't sign up with their legal scam, they treat you like CRAP!!! Elevators are so hot, it was cooler outside even with the sun out. On Sunday, they didnt have ice until about 3pm, all guests complained and employees wouldn't apologize or excuse the hotel. Worst experience ever. They had about 6 employees trying to close on us to sign up with their legal scam, our answer was always no. At the end of the presentation, one of the employees made a smart remarks which I had one back as well, but that is not the way to do business. Their concern of my 16 year old being in the hotel without an adult was ONLY when the presentation was to be given, we had to reschedule since my 16 year old was asleep in the room the day of the presentation. They wanted my son their present as that is a tactic they use to forcefully make you sign.

Seadust
Nice hotel, everyone is nice attentive !! Didn’t like that we couldn’t get alcoholic drinks untill 11am! No swim up bar in the main pool . Didn’t like that as soon as your done checking in they try to get you with offering freebies or discounted activities if you attend one of their presentations for memberships of the hotel in other words time shares .Rooms are a bit outdated for my liking but did the job. Overall it’s a nice hotel

Too hot for summer stay
This hotel does not have air conditioning there are waits for dinning all of the restaurants open at 7PM if you’re staying for 4 nights you can only try 4 restaurants. Would not stay here again. The rooms have air conditioning but it’s still sweating hot when you’re walking in the hotel or going to one of the restaurants. The food is decent but I’ve had better at other all inclusive hotels. The entertainment is fun for kids and adults. The sea bar is closed on Mondays and all the bars close early at 12AM. Everyone has their kids asleep on lobby couches while they are at the bar so it’s definitely not a fun time at night.
