Dec 04, 2025Great Place To Stay On Sanibel
My wife and I stayed here for 4 days. The owner spared no expense in rebuilding the buildings and property after Ian. We stayed in a first-floor oceanfront room. The room had all high-end fixtures and appliances. The grounds were very well maintained. Having a pool bar is great so you don't need to go back to room to get a drink or a bite to eat. My recommendation is to get a first-floor room if you have any issues climbing stairs because there no elevators. Fin who works in the office she is great and fun to talk to!

Compliments to Tyrone and Austin
I would like to give compliments to Tyrone and Austin at the Sanibel Inn towel, beach chair and umbrella hut. They are huge assets for this resort. Both are very friendly, out-going and helpful. I hope they are compensated accordingly and realize how their personalities and attitudes added to our vacation enjoyment. Please tell Tyrone it is truly cold up here in Pennsylvania!!!

Beautiful property
We stayed in a 2/2 condo with a beautiful view of the grounds and water. Everything in the condo has been updated due to Ian. Very comfortable with every amenity you need. The lanai was spacious and comfortable and we were on it more than inside. The grounds are just gorgeous. The money and time they have put into them after Ian’s devastation is incredible. The beach is beautiful and they will assist with umbrellas, towels etc. the pool is also very nice. The thing we enjoyed most was the on sight tiki bar and grill. Perfect for lunch or snack with a refreshing tropical drink. They also have a restaurant on sight for breakfast and dinner. Nice if you’re not feeling like venturing out. All and all we highly recommend this place, it’s great for couples and family’s. We will definitely be back!

Sanibel Fabulous Again
we have always loved the Sanibel Inn in years past but since the hurricane destroyed much of Sanibel had not gone back for several years. This past week we had the pleasure of going to the inn and was totally impressed with their renovation. They did a beautiful job in all that needed to be redone. The decor of the rooms, the landscaping,, and Dante's restaurant is just fabulous. Will be be planning many more trips now to Sanibel.

Sanibel Inn is first-rate!
We returned to Sanibel 40 years after our honeymoon there, Sanibel Inn staff were especially friendly and competent. The facility is quite nice indeed. I highly recommend it.
