Dec 21, 2025This is our annual anniversary trip - we love the proximity to family, friends and all the things we love.
Located on the gulf side of Clearwater Beach the property is conveniently located within short walking distance to shops and Pier 60. The hotel has generous seating in the lobby with a beautiful Santa sand sculpture. It is warm and inviting. The rooms are well appointed and are relaxing with table and arm chair seats. The one opportunity for improvement — The main dining room needs a refresh. Worn chair arms, stained fabric on chairs are the only things that kept this from being a five star review.

I absolutely love the Sandpearl! I’ve stayed there several times and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. The location is phenomenal, the rooms and property are beautiful, and the staff is exceptional!

Excellent experience
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were truly exceptional. Every interaction made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Justin offered excellent recommendations and was extremely professional. Thank you again for such a great experience. We truly appreciated everything and will absolutely be back soon.

Best place to stay on clearwater beach!
I have been lucky enough to stay at the Sandpearl many times over the last 10 years! Great team members and a wonderful place to create memorable memories! They have always made us feel very special and given us a great value on our vacation! Shout out to lucy and olivia for making this vacation so special!

Great service, experience, atmosphere, and when my key wouldn’t work, the front staff and engineers made quick resolve of the situation, no issues. Hope to come back!
