    We had great food, drinks and service! Nancy and Ismael went above and beyond and treated us as family. We love them!!

    Ismael at the VIP pool makes everyone feel special and like family. His drinks are spectacular! Nancy at the restaurant was so personable too. We enjoyed our time at the sandos and will be back. They always treat us great! We highly recommend this place for your ultimate vacation!

    Sandos Finestera

    We had stay at the Sandos Finestera one week my wife and I. Very nice room, awesome staff !! The night view at the Don Diego restaurant is breathtaking !!! Tortuga Beach restaurant down the beach is very high quality food. Drinks are very good and very well presented. Lots to do around and here are our 2 top staff: #1 Gabriel first star goes to Gabriel at the front desk. He had been working above and beyound to make sure we were satisfy !! #2 Francisco Francisco is part of the restaurants manager team, very funny and very helpful ! We strongly recommand this resort !     Don Diego

    Breakfast is great at Don Diego. Enrique and Jorge go above and beyond, they work hard and are a pleasure. Best servers I have had at the hotel that is why don Diego is my favorite spot in the mornings. Agave was ok Best server un agave is Carlos food is ok. The shrimp tacos are good.

    Emiliano's at Sandos Finisterra

    Nancy at Emiliano's was incredible!! She was exceptionally friendly, attentive and fast. She made super helpful suggestions and asked l altered some menu items for us. She even surprised us with a dessert cheesecake shot. We chose Emiliano's over other dinner options because of Nancy. 10/10

    Don Diego Restaurant - we enjoyed great breakfast service with daily mimosas. Good assortment if breakfast items plus made to order omelets. Many thanks to Alberto, Jorge, and Delmer for taking such good care of us.!!
