    All of the staff were amazing, in particular Pedro, Juan, Michal, Alan and Carlos. They went above and beyond for myself and my two friends and made our stay one to remember!! I would highly recommend Santos!

    Great experience at Sandos Hotel

    All the staff from Sandos were really helpful especially Pedro, Alan, Juan & Carlos. Would highly recommend staying here. The went above and beyond for us. The food was also great.

    Amazing service!

    My friends & I spent 4 nights at Sandos Cancun and the service could not have been any better. We were so looked after by everyone - in particular Juan, Carlos & Pedro. They were all so kind and made our stay 10/10. Would 100% recommend!

    Great stay. Don’t believe negative reviews!

    Don’t let the negative reviews scare you—this resort absolutely met our expectations, and the staff was wonderful throughout our stay. Pro tip: book the Masquerade dinner show as soon as you arrive—it’s definitely worth it. Also make a reservation for the Japanese restaurant. Those are really the only two that require planning ahead. For lunch, St. Trope is a nice option, but honestly, grabbing a wood-fired pizza and heading back to your pool chair is just as enjoyable. The buffet gets more criticism than it deserves. We had it for breakfast every day and dinner on our first night, and it was perfectly fine—plenty of variety and something for everyone. Pool chairs can be a bit competitive if you want the best sun. I recommend the second pool, grabbing chairs to the left as you walk down. I was out there around 6am to secure a great spot. That said, if you prefer to sleep in (as you should on vacation), you’ll still have a great time—you just may not get your ideal location. Drink service around the pool was very good starting around 11am. The entertainment during the day was a highlight—live singers, musicians, dancers, and even a fun foam party. Nightly entertainment can be hit or miss, but we really enjoyed the 80s show along with the Shakira and Elvis tributes. There’s also a DJ late at night if you’re looking to keep the fun going. Special shoutout to bartenders Carlos, Fermin, and Fonzi—we recognized them from a neighboring resort, and they were fantastic as always. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return.
