Excellent location. Located right on the beach. Less than 30 steps and you are on the beach. Doesn't get better than that. Chairs and umbrellas and towels all available. Wonderful beach. Safe area. Great for a solo traveller. Comfortable bed, clean hotel. L'occitane toiletries were spectacular. Amazing shower. Wonderful people. Thank-you.

Relaxing, calm, and lovely!
Loved this hotel! It was clean, calm, relaxing, and the location was great - right on the beach. It was very safe and quiet and the poolside and beachside service was exceptional. It really was better than we had imagined. The restaurants in the hotel are also delicious and the Kumo Rooftop was our favorite!

This place is undeniably beautiful — which makes the experience even more disappointing. We purchased a pool bed pass for $350 for two people while we were in between hotel check-ins. The pass was advertised to include complimentary valet, two bottles of water, a pool bed, and a $50 food and beverage credit. When we arrived, there were no beds available by the pool. Instead, we were sent upstairs to an empty lounge deck with open beds — but no pool. That alone felt misleading since we specifically paid for a pool bed experience. Service initially started strong. We ordered two mojitos ($14 each), and the server told us she would return with our waters and the $50 voucher. She never came back with either. Throughout our stay, we ordered a total of four cocktails (listed at $14 each), fish tacos ($16), and sliders ($17). When we later asked again for our waters, we were brought a large bucket of ice with two bottles of water — which we assumed were the complimentary ones included with our pass. When it was time to check out, the bill made absolutely no sense. We were charged an additional $6 per drink to add strawberry flavor to our mojitos — something that was never disclosed — bringing each drink to $20. We were also charged $18 for two bottles of water. When I questioned this, my concerns were brushed off. The total came to $159, and after they “applied the voucher,” we still paid $109. The math simply did not add up based on what we ordered and what was included in our pass. To make matters worse, when we went to the front desk for clarification, the manager said she could not help us with the pool charges. They then attempted to charge us for valet, even though it was explicitly listed as complimentary. In total, we paid about $450 for roughly three hours — without even being seated by the pool, and with multiple unexpected and unexplained charges. I was genuinely excited for this day, which makes the experience even more disappointing. The setting is stunning, but the pricing practices and lack of transparency left us feeling misled and taken advantage of. I would strongly recommend asking for full clarification of all charges upfront if you decide to visit.

Beautiful accommodation!
This hotel is gorgeous with fantastic amenities, great location, and top notch staff! Our room was so beautiful and peaceful, the beach is literally out the front door and if sand is not your thing the pool is tranquil and beautiful. The food is also top notch! We wanted for nothing other than more time to enjoy it!

Honeymoon Review
My wife and I went here for about a week on our honeymoon. We had the best time. The food was fantastic. The staff was nothing but kind, courteous, professional, very communicative. The hotel was gorgeous. We had breakfast every morning on their rooftop restaurant And it was an amazing way to start the day. From the included chairs, umbrellas on the beach to the overview waking up looking at the ocean every morning, we highly recommend this hotel and location.
