Lobby and common areas nice. Enjoyed bingo and pool waiter service. Room while updated smells like mildew and was a complaint of multiple guests.

I don't know why we saw so many great reviews for this hotel - so many that we decided to stay there after researching all the other hotels in San Juan. Very average mediocre hotel with nothing special. The pools and slide we disappointing and a little weirdly built. The slide is old and uncomfortable to go down (and isn't open all the time. The reception has a bar that probably is visited by people outside the hotel and so is loud and not very pleasant. Food is not very good. Overall - not impressed and wouldn't go back again.

Way over priced for way too little
They charge a resort fee of week over$100 per day. I'm sure i could argue about it, but when you arrive at 9pm and the band in the lobby makes it impossible to hear, that's very difficult. We ordered 3 sandwiches and a bottle of mid grade wine at the only open food venue at 9pm on a Friday night. It took over 75 minutes, and they didn't activate the pager they'd given us. Our child was sleeping in the lobby and our food was cold to the point that half of it was inedible, all while we day about 20 feet away. For 3 people to grab a "snack" after 16 hours of traveling a bill of over$150 for cold food is pretty disappointing. Tried reaching out to them via the app before posting to see if they'd try to make it right, got ignored.

Excellent hotel, food, service. Pool and beach access right there. Beautiful location close to many restaurants, stores, etc. Our room was spotless, service was impeccable. Very lovely stay.

Great Location for the Beach!
Great spot on the beach - Pool area is awesome. Gets crowded at the bar at nights; but we didn't mind. Small casino if you are into that - very easy to walk around in town. Rooms are small, but not terrible.
