    Great hotel and staff.

    We booked my wife's 50th birthday at this Marriott Stellaris and it was an excellent choice. The staff and service was amazing from the minute we walked in the door .The location is great the pool and beach area are beautiful and one of the nicest in the area. Rooms are very nice with great views of the pool and ocean. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the hotel and would definitely recommend checking them out.I The We were in the pool and beach area everyday the staff is great but would like to give a big shout out to Francisco R. and Rita who work in the beach and pool area. We played Bingo with Francisco everyday at the pool which our party of 14 enjoyed. On my wife's birthday Francisco and Rita went above and beyond to help us celebrate her day. From getting the whole staff together to sing Happy Birthday to her and then bringing out a chilled bottle of champagne and a cheese platter for our group to enjoy. Rita and Francisco always had a smile and went out of their way to say hello and to also make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Francisco and Rita are a big part of why the Marriott Stellaris is a great place to stay.... We will definitely being coming back to this resort

    Fabulous stay!!

    Just got back from staying at this hotel with 2 of my friends and can’t say enough great things about it! The hotel was all I would expect from a Marriott property, rooms were big and clean! We had an ocean view room but I would consider it oceanfront and our view was to die for..8th floor overlooking the pool and the beach! We rented a beach cabana for both of the days we were there and Francisco took excellent care of us! Had great luck in the casino and every employee we encountered in the hotel was friendly and helpful! If I had one complaint it would be the food..not that any of what we ate was bad it just wasn’t the authentic Puerto Rican food we were looking forward to. But we probably should have ventured out of the hotel if that’s what we wanted. Sushi was excellent, we had it two nights. Best food we had was at the bar at the Red Coral Lounge in the hotel lobby..which brings me to the highlight of our trip..Maria was by far the best bartender I have ever encountered..I can’t say enough great things about her!! Hotel management…make sure you tell her she is awesome and her “queens” miss her already!! Can’t wait to come back next year!

    Kicked out of the pool area

    Was visiting family at the hotel that traveled from far. My uncle visited with his wife and 2 kids. We were kicked out of the pool area while it was almost empty because they have a policy that restricts more than 4 ppl from same room at the pool. Response from the security supervisor Felipe was that there was nothing he could do. No options were shared. We just left very mad and won't return. I feel bad because I'm Puerto Rican and this will only damage the tourism in the island. Bad administrations and wrongly advised leaders overall. Won't stay here again as we had in the past.

    Great location, beautiful views, amazing staff, and excellent service!

    We choose this resort to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. The location was perfect and the property was beautiful. The hotel rooms were clean. The best part was the amazing staff and service. Every staff member that we encountered was respectful, professional, and went above and beyond to help with whatever we needed. Truly one of the best resort experiences we have ever had. We will definitely be back and recommend this resort to anyone visiting San Juan!

    Beach and Pool combination and incredibly helpful and kind staff make this hotel one of kind

    From the moment we stepped on the property we loved this hotel. The front staff were very kind and helpful. We stayed in the Ocean view tower, 8th floor. The view is stunning. The bed was super comfy. The elevators were lightning fast. There is service at the beach to set up umbrella and chairs. The pool is really good. We went as couple, but the pool is perfect for little kiddos. There are hotel activities which are really fun like Salsa dance lessons! Pool bingo! There is a Enterprise car rental on the property which makes getting car for day trips in PR easy. Bar drinks are expense ($15ish). We bought some brews and drank on our balcony or at the beach. We even had some luck in the casino. Every staff interaction is super positive. They all are making sure you are having great stay. One item that could use some attention is room 841 on Ocean Tower has a bit of a musty smell when you first walk in.
