Airport shuttle is nice
It was almost 10 minutes from the airport. They have a shuttle that runs every half hour. The rooms were clean, bathroom was cramped especially if there are 2 of you that like to get ready at the same time. Glass bathroom door is not my favorite, I wish hotels would stop doing this! Staff is friendly and the lobby bar is ok, but very loud

Customer service is lacking
Wouldn’t honor my reservation for the type of room (king bed as my husband is joining me) - front desk staff did nothing extra to accommodate and were rude about it. As a very frequent traveler I can confirm there are better places to stay in the are - will unfortunately not choose this hotel going forward.

Not worth the $$$
This hotel is nearly $400 a night yet the shower pressure is that of a 1-star hotel, and the internet never seems to work even for Marriott members who get the "high speed internet" for free. I've stayed here multiple times, and this has been the case for each of my stays.

Convenient to Airport, Great Staff
We stayed here for two nights while attending a wedding in Sonoma – one night at the beginning of our stay, and the other at the end of our trip. It was convenient being so close to the airport, because we did not need to battle that famous SF traffic. The Shuttle that leaves every fifteen minutes was super convenient on the day that we checked out on the second morning for our return flight home. We were welcomed very nicely by the professional and efficient check-in / check-out staff, and greeted pleasantly by every other friendly staff member who crossed our paths in the various hallways. Our room on the 11th floor faced the water and the airport. Watching the airplanes landing and taking off was relaxing, and luckily both sunrises were gorgeous. Our rooms (same floor, but different for both stays) were large enough to hold our luggage with enough room to move around. However, it was strange that they had only one chair there. I was with my husband, and we had to alternate between that chair and the chair at the small desk, when we wanted to read (sitting on the bed is not a very comfortable option). The Bathroom was spartan (no make-up remover wipes, Q-Tips or nail files in a little vanity). Although, with hotels removing the basic necessities, nowadays, we have gotten used to packing our own necessities anyway. The good thing was that the room was pretty clean. Just wished that they would remove the carpets in the hallways and rooms. That is so last century, plus makes it difficult to maintain it clean for allergy sufferers, and worse for the rolling swivel suitcases. We were certainly glad to have Marriott status – it gave us access to better Wi-Fi and the M-Club Lounge for a snack when we arrived, and a Continental Breakfast when we left. We had a wonderful dinner with Cocktails in the Bar/Restaurant in the Lobby on our first night. We are not big fans of the Hotel Gyms, so we LOVED the walking path from the lobby to the edge of the water. We got a good amount of exercise in fresh air on the two mornings that we spent here. We will have no hesitation in staying here again on our next visit to this area.

Nice View
We stayed at this hotel for one night. It was conveniently located near SFO airport. There’s also a complimentary shuttle that runs every 15 minutes to and from the airport. In addition, there was a nice trail that leads to restaurants nearby. There’s a Starbucks inside the hotel, but their regular coffee is way overpriced. The hotel room is okay, but a little outdated. Overall, it was a nice hotel with a good view.
