  Met Expectations

  It was clean, got the room I booked. It was reasonably quiet. Front desk person could not adequately articulate the points versus $10 bar discount, or the 15% discount on food and beverage. Bellhop/concierge couldn't say when the airport shuttle came only: "every 20 minutes." had to call the operator to get "starting on the hour." Burger was great, booze was VERY expensive. Had to call the customer service # 2 days after my stay to get my bill. Surprise: no human. Machine: "can I send you a text?" sure. Got text to a URL, had to fill out a form (with intermittent "system problems") to request a copy of the bill. All this for a one night stay in a hotel.

  Very exspensive

  I was flying out for an international flight so besides to come a day early. This hotel has a free airport shuttle - staff very friendly. I had a late lunch at the bar restaurant which was excellent! Expense, but good. I booked a waterfront view but got a view of nothing. I had to go back down and they gave me another room - which was very nice. Although I am rating this hotel 5 stars, I would not stay here again due to the price. It was just way too expensive for what I got. (Charge for breakfast).

  Convenient airport stay

  This hotel is a great option if catching a flight out of the airport. Our room was large and clean and pretty sound proof. We enjoyed watching the planes take off and land from the on site restaurant. The shuttle to the airport was quick and easy.

  Easy access to SFO

  Shuttle was easy and convenient. Front desk person was friendly. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. I noticed that there is a walking trail near the hotel which looked nice.

  Good Airport Hotel Choice

  This is very large airport hotel and a good choice as far as airport hotels go (except for some rude staff). It is a very big and very busy hotel. Due to traveling in an area with spotty cell service prior to our arrival in SF, I wasn’t able to use the app for mobile check in. The check in process at the hotel took forever. I waited in line for a while and then when it was my turn to be helped it took forever. The front desk staff wasn’t exactly friendly either. No greeting. No hospitality. But I got checked in and given room keys. The doorman watched my husband retrieve the one luggage carrier then proceeded to watch my husband load all our luggage onto it. When we got to our assigned room it wasn’t a King room which I booked several months in advance. I didn’t complain or request another room. But the person who checked me in should have mentioned to me during the long check in process that they didn’t have a king room available. Thankfully, I still had a bay view. I enjoyed watching the planes land from our room. The room was clean but somewhat cramped. There was decent amount of furniture in the room. Bathroom was nice size and clean. The lighting in the bathroom was nice and bright. The rooms were very quiet. We heard no noise from the hall, outside or from other rooms. There were several elevators and they were quick. The hotel restaurant was good and the staff there were very friendly. Later in the evening I inquired about the airport shuttle process with an actual friendly and helpful front desk person so I guess they do exist there. We used the complimentary airport shuttle which was fast and very convenient. The driver was professional and very helpful. Hotel rates were competitive. Overall the hotel was a good choice and a good value and I would stay there again.
