    Great food, gorgeous view, excellent service

    Thanks to Jessica our server at the Covewood Restaurant by the Bay. The extra attention to detail and friendly manner made the gorgeous sunny lunch by the water that much better. Definitely recommend 👍

    Great gift shop staff - as a resort, average

    The absolute best part of the hotel is the gift shop. Doris and Ashley are super stars, helping to look for sizes, being patient with kids, professional and pleasant. Unfortunately, the rest of this experience has been average and maybe satisfactory. The facilities are dated and the food is mediocre, along with the service. We will not be returning, unless it’s to see Doris and Ashley.

    Get a Tower Room

    Joined a family member on her business trip. Please specify you would like to stay in the tower you see in all the pictures. We were assigned a building behind the pool with no balcony. There are no food options after the pool restaurant closes besides the Red Marlin and no places to walk to - your only option is Uber Eats or Uber somewhere for dinner. The pool areas are nice it can get crowded. They have free sunscreen and ice water which was an excellent bonus. Staff was nice and helpful. The grounds are clean and well maintained.
