it is such a great place to stay in, good acomodations. excelent restaurant, a great service at front desk very clean and with a very good location

It is a bit old fashion room. It was not possible to open the window :the room was 150 in front of the ice and ice buckets room. The view of the room was a corridor.Very dark I didn't like it. The water in the shower was not hot.The breakfast is good.The staff is nice except a receptionist who did not speak english.

I give them a try and enjoyed the hotel despite the short time.
Excellent place to stop by under business trip with tight agenda and still enjoy from the restaurant, a comfortable room and great attention from personnel.

Jul 21, 2025Horrible experience. I couldn't even go in and out of my room. My room key didn't work had to call the front desk every time. The wifi didn't work and it was dirty. I lost an important phone interview because of the wifi despite addressing my concern about the wifi with the front desk. On top of that the room was dirty When I wanted to speak with the manager they brushed me off and treated me poorly on top of that they did not believe me.

Wowww the old pics will get you!
Wowww the old pictures will get you!! I am here with a group for business and I cannot add my friend staying with me after I checked in! (As we are still arranging everyone’s rooms). Elevator not working on the second tower. I was changed to another room with a sofa full of stains, hair in the bathroom sink and dirty sheets. Long hair and stains on the floor. Speechless as this is categorized as a 5 star hotel. Juliana gave me the very unpleasant welcome at the front desk.
