A fantastic resort!! This is my second time here and I love it even more than my first visit! Staff is friendly and accommodating, facilities are spotless, and there is plenty of entertainment and fun things to do! Hanging out by the pool, we had Brian from the VibeTeam come by and entertain us with a fun guessing game about sports. Fun daily activities like that make all the difference! Great for families, I came here with my partner and my mom and the 3 of us had an awesome time. Highly recommend!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE
Wonderful experience at Royalton Splash Riviera. The staff was truly exceptional. Room cleaning was spotless thanks to Sandra. Best bartender experience in the Lobby bar with Luis and Noe. Ma Maison restaurant was something unbelievable thanks to that amazing service of Daniel, chef Brian, and Jasmin. In the Lobby bar you can taste the best coffee with Clarita and Valerie from Diamond club. In the restaurant Marche you can have everything that you desire and Laura is always there to help you with a wonderful smile. We are grateful for the amazing time there. Totally recommend ❤️

Miguel, Armando, Daniel, Isaac, and Rubi are AMAZING!!
We just returned home from an amazing visit. We had a group of 14 people and did not have any issues. The resort was clean. We enjoyed that they had hand sanitizer at each restaurant. Our butlers, Daniel and Isaac, went above and beyond to take care of our whole family. They were amazing. Armando in the Diamond Club lounge was the absolute best and made amazing drinks. At the main pool we got cabanas several days. Miguel was so attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of and content. We always had everything that we needed. Rubi made our spa experience so relaxing. Everyone made it such a pleasant and welcoming environment. We are so pleased with our stay!! We do wish there was a pool open at night and there was more activities or places open for the adults at night. All the pools close at 7 pm which we did not expect. But we enjoyed our entire visit!!
