I took my first kickboxing with Yuri, and it was absolutely fantastic! She was so thoughtful, kind and passionate about the workout. I loved every minute of it and got a kicker of a workout! I would highly recommend taking this class with Yuri, you won’t regret it. She made my trip excellent!

Roque, Alfredo and Juan are what make this resort so special
Our experience at the Royalton Splash riviera Cancun was wonderful. Beautiful resort, great pools and the friendliest staff you could ever want. Juan in the DC pool area was a rock star and so eager to make our pool days amazing. He made me a turtle balloon animal because turtles always return ❤️. We looked forward to seeing him everyday. We can’t say enough about our 2 butlers Roque and Alfredo. When I say they went above and beyond, that doesn’t even begin to cover it. Anything we asked for, they were able to accommodate and always made us feel like the most special guests there. They anticipated what we needed before we even knew we needed it. I’m sure they are like this with every family but they are what made our family feel so welcome and we can’t ever thank them enough. I feel they became our friends and we would comeback again just to see them. Also special note to the Vibe team! They kept us entertained and busy all week Dolphin family Jason, Erica, Tyler and Jackson

I am an ambassador level with Marriott and this is the very worst property I have ever been to. Huge lines for everything. You can not get reservations to the restaurant. The buffet is miserable. We had to change rooms 3 times. We were locked out of our room several times. No one follows up with you. The worst experience you can have.

I would probably not stay here without Diamond club amenities. our butlers Hugo and Liz really went out of their way to make our trip as comfortable and smooth as possible. I give then 10/10 for service.

Great Resort
We just spent 7 days over Christmas at this resort, group of 18. We had a great trip. The rooms were clean. AC worked great. The food and drinks were good. Christmas Eve dinner was insane. Every type of meat including seafood very well done. Our least favourite restaurant was the steak house, favourite was the Teppanyaki. Waterpark is fun, kiddie pool was a hit. Lots of activities for kids. If you don’t take the wristbands for your kids when you check in, get something in writing to say you did not take them to save confusion and possibly a $150 USD fee at check out.
