Very clean property and well family oriented. I recommend getting butler service and ask for Edgar, Alfredo and Daniela, they enhanced our experience making it flawless!!!

Royalton Splash | November 2025 | Luis and Arturo Review
Location is not the best but everything you need is on resort, shops are very expensive but you can get essentials and snacks, atmosphere is very lively, always something going on day and night, rooms are very spacious and very nicely detailed for what I paid the service was great and better than expected, resort is very well kept, is not for people who want peace and quiet, whilst relaxing there is always something going on, rooms are amazing apart from the corridor is very echoey so it echos into the room a bit, service is fantastic and for Diamond Club, the upgraded amenities are amazing especially the Diamond Club exclusive areas, including a separate Breakfast area. Staff at the hotel are great, everyone has a smile, food is okay, in the buffet restaurants it could be better however it has a wide variety and the à la carte restaurant are absolutely fantastic, not to be missed, Luis in the Lounge Bar is absolutely fantastic at everything he does, going above and beyond for his customers matching their exact request and Arturo from Zen was equally as great, getting everybody involved during the Chef’s Table cooking bringing a laugh to everyone’s meal. Could not recommend this resort enough, it’s amazing!

Amazing all inclusive resorts for families!
Our family recently visited an all-inclusive resort in Mexico at Royalton Splash and had a wonderful experience! It was the perfect backdrop for a memorable family vacation. The staff truly made the trip special, especially on our child's birthday. They decorations is what we asked for a Dinosaur theme which absolutely delighted our little one and made his day unforgettable. The entertainment was top-notch, offering engaging shows and activities that kept everyone entertained. My family particularly enjoyed spending time by the good-sized pools. Dining was a pleasure, with a wide variety of delicious food options available to suit every taste. Overall, the resort provided a fantastic atmosphere and excellent amenities for a great family getaway. We highly recommend it!
