This was an amazing experience for a honeymoon the service was fantastic we had a butler called Christian who was the best! He was at hand for anything we needed and booked all our restaurant reservations. The room was was cleaned every day and we got a turn down on an evening.

We had a wonderful stay!
We had an amazing trip and loved the resort. Our butler Ernesto did a wonderful job and helped to book a spectacular last minute birthday dinner on the beach and dinner reservations every night for our whole group! Rudy at the Hideaway bar was awesome as well!

Great 40th
Great friends trip for my wife's 40th bday, our Butler Ernesto went above and beyond for the group of 11. He was very prompt in his messages and professional. Resort was great, beach was great. Entertainment was great as well

Every single person who works at Royalton was awesome. My only concern is the quality of the food at times.
Laura was phenomenal. She was there when we needed her. She treated each and every request with utmost care. She helped make our vacation better then we could imagine.

If you’re going to the Hideaway, spend a little extra and get a butler
Charming place to have spent my New Year’s Eve. My butler. Manuel made it that much more pleasant.
