Restaurants: the food is lovely,staff are friendly can't really complain about bit of issues getting my reservations booked but overall the restaurants are not to bad . Couldn't get any hotdogs from the food truck Bars: can't complain, I had a good time at the bar staff was friendly Pool area: had an amazing time at the pool area on sunny days i got an opportunity to get a tan also the form party was grate loved watching the aqua class. And love watch everyone enjoy the daily activities Major shout out to Lindo, Anderson, kind and my personal favourite syana from the vibe team had an amazing time with them

Restaurants were amazing a bit delays in getting correct reservation but overall was grate . Bars can't complain they staff was super friendly. Mixology class was amazing . Pool area is clean and tidy we love the form party, we never done any aqua class but it was fun watching. Sunset was amazing. Major shout out to the vibe team: KIANIA ANDERSON ,LINDO and PERSONAL FRAVOURITE SYANA. THEY ARE SUCH AMAZING People and had a blast with them and their activities

Great trip and service and staff were 1st class. I would highly recommend Nicholas as your butler who will make stay superb during your stay.

This hotel is terrible. I prepaid for my stay. When I checked in, they insisted on a $300 "hold" on my card for incidentals. I didn't have any incidentals, but they put the "hold" through. Almost 2 months and they refuse to refund me. Stay away from this hotel.

Service at this resort was so bad! About 10% of the staff were very nice (ladies at the breakfast buffet!) but the other 90% were horrible. Don't even bother to ask a question or ask for anything, the staff will look at you and ignore everything you just said. Me & my husband are very polite and are big tippers, but that made no difference at this resort. There is no poolside service or clean up, no one brings you drinks or towels, and the cups/dishes stay on the side tables until they blow away. The food is terrible and very limited. You only have the buffet open for breakfast & lunch with the exception of a food truck. The steak at the steak restaurant was so bad, I tried to cut it with a knife and could not cut it, I then tried to just pick it up and chew and couldn't even bite into it. I don't think it was real meat to be honest. The only pluses were the Royalton Fit team and the entertainment teams that provided water activities and party fun at the pool. The foam party and entertainment was nice but it is overshadowed by the VERY poor service. Would not recommend this resort or come back EVER!
