Food is terrible. It led to the food related illness that they wont let me type! I wrote a really consructive review, highlighting both good and bad, but it seems to have been deleted. I have images, and will flood your socials if this also gets taken down. The food is poor, most say this. Be warned.

This place is amazing. Shandell is the absolute best. Very attentive and friendly. I would recommend this place and Shandell to all of our friends and family. We will definitely be coming back, and will definitely be asking for Shandell again. He gave us all the best food options and was so helpful with all our personal needs. Thank you Shandell. God bless

It's been so fun, people/staff are so kind and helpful. Super laid back. Feel very safe. Beach is beautiful, food and rooms are a B. Clean and simple. More like cruise ship food. We have learned to ask the servers their favorites on the menu and the food experience improved greatly. Pescari the pay for restaurant on the water is an amazing a fine dinning experience! Pricey but worth every cent. We love sushi, seared tuna, fish, etc. some of the best we have had. No fishy taste whatsoever! For 2 we paid about $250. We spared no expense and ate what we wanted. Over all great experience.

Fabulous hotel in an awesome setting, with lovely staff and plenty to do
We are just on our way home after a fabulous 10 days at the Royalton Chic Hotel. Ignore the negative reviews, they must be sabotage! We were brilliantly looked after by Subi and Andre, they were both so pleasant and helpful. Thanks so much Subi and Andre! We liked the lively main pool; however, there is a small quieter pool next to it and a very chilled, quiet pool between blocks 1 and 2, for those who want it more chilled. The entertainment around the main pool and on the stage, was excellent. Lindo, Timothy and all the Entertainments gang were great, with the pool Parties, quizzes, games and general chat and banter. Evening shows are amazing, especially the Michael Jackson show and the Water Ballet show. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms we’ve known and both Elvis and Daniel were excellent instructors, as well as leading nice little daily Aquafit and AquaYoga. We spoke to the General Manger and several of the senior team, who were all pleasant and professional Highly recommended! Restaurants are good, with plenty of choice.
