    Good experience at a value price

    The facilities are decent, but it’s the staff that makes this place a good experience within its price range. The pool waiter Raul (Rumualdo) provided outstanding drink service! He even went to a restaurant kitchen for an ingredient to make my favorite drink when the beach bar didn’t have it. He came by regularly and always had what I was looking for. He truly made my vacation enjoyable! As some of the other reviews have mentioned, pool and beach chairs are a hot commodity. You need to have towels/belongings on chairs by 8am to guarantee one. Unlike some of the other reviews, I didn’t have any issues making dinner reservations. I would call by 9:30am and always got a reservation at the restaurant I wanted.

    Dinner at Cafe Solaris

    Captain Miguel and Gabby were wonderful hosts for the Mexican Buffet. The food was wonderful, we especially enjoyed the handmade gorditas. The dessert table was plentiful with a lot of variety. Great experience!

    Great Birthday Week!

    We went for my partners 50th Birthday. I worked with Perla and she had the room decorated for our arrival and it was a huge surprise for him and exceeded expectations. The food is great, beaches were amazing and we had a humpback whale breathe not far of the beach. Love that it’s so close to San Juan deal Cabo as well.

    Family and friends on vacation.

    Alberto, Omar, German, bell boys are amazing they really took care of us. Aleks, David , Angel in the cafeteria really took good care of us. Janeth, August waiters and waitress really took care of us. Overall really great trip and will return soon!!!!!
