My daughter absolutely loved the kids club here. The best we have been to in fact! And all thanks to Cesar, Reyna and Sam. Thank you so much from Mila and I!

Great stay so far!!!! :)
It’s only our first night here, but so far we’re already having such a great time. Everything has been amazing, and the energy is just on another level. The live performance by Berenice and her music group has definitely been a highlight, they had everyone up and dancing (even the people who usually don’t dance). It made the whole night feel so fun and unforgettable. Really excited to see what the rest of the stay brings! :)

Oziel was great!
Oziel was our server at the buffet where he greeted us with a big smile and great hospitality! He was very attentive to our needs filling our beverages and cleaning up the dirty dishes in an extremelf timely fashion. Very respectful and courteous

Palma is so amazing. He greeted us and thanked us for visiting his country. He served my family of eight with grace and distinction. Everyone received their food on time and correct. He made our last night at Royal Solaris amazing. Thank you Palma.

March Polo and Palma for the win
Palma was our server at Marco Polo tonight and was THE BEST we had all week. He kept our drinks flowing, to specifications, and suggested owns from the menu when asked. He paid great attention and made the great food even better by the experience.
