Many things need improvements, but Alexander at Zai, Alberto (botones), Romi at the pool, and Socorro at the members pool bar were amazing!

We came to the royal solaris on a family getaway, and we are beyond pleased with our experience. Our kids are 9 & 7 and are already begging to return to this exact vacation. We ate at Marco Pollo and had Palma as a waiter; he was the best! So kind, polite, professional and fun. He made sure we were comfortable and got anything we needed. Even brought out a special ice cream plate for our 7 year old, teaching him the word ‘Gracias’. We highly recommend visiting all of the lovely restaurants, everyone who works here is lovely and welcoming.

Fun and family friendly
Our family had a fantastic week at Royal Solaris. The resort is very family friendly; we enjoyed the kids selection in the buffet, the kids pool and waterslides and evening entertainment geared towards family enjoyment. Everything shuts down quite early and it was quiet aside from weekend events (still shut down early and with doors closed it was quiet). It was a bit tricky to get reservations for the à la carte restaurants at times that work for little kids, but we enjoyed Panchos. Rooms were clean and quiet, although could be updated a bit. The resort was well located and easy to head into town or just across the street for shopping and dining. Overall, we would stay here again!

Daughter stayed longer than I wanted her to!
My daughter absolutely loved the kids club here. The best we have been to in fact! And all thanks to Cesar, Reyna and Sam. Thank you so much from Mila and I!

Great stay so far!!!! :)
It’s only our first night here, but so far we’re already having such a great time. Everything has been amazing, and the energy is just on another level. The live performance by Berenice and her music group has definitely been a highlight, they had everyone up and dancing (even the people who usually don’t dance). It made the whole night feel so fun and unforgettable. Really excited to see what the rest of the stay brings! :)
