I have to say Alberto right when we get there is awesome! Alex in lobby lounge knows our drinks! Sergio Raul and Luis always have a smile and ready to serve you when you get to pool bars! Guillermo Ramuldo Ramon and Daniel are great around the pool! Alejo at the restaurant is always attentive. We always have a great time when we visit this location.

Lovely experience at the lobby bar with Enriqueta and Alejandro. Super friendly and helpful. Always a smile and even ran to another bar to make my drink request. We had a day and a half of rain so we kept them busy and they were unfailingly pleasant. They made a rainy beach day better

Loved Royal Solaris Los Cabo’s! Amazing service—Alberto (bellboy), Chef Cecilia at Panchos, Marivic at front desk, and Ramon & Guillermo at the pool bar! Great food, drinks & family vibe. Traveled w/ grandma—felt cared for!
