Mahalo me later
Let’s hear it for Royal Lahaina housing the fire survivors and the Red Cross! Mahalo! What generosity They wisely used that time to update the bungalows and now they are comfy and cozy. The staff is helpful and friendly. Shout out to Gretchen at the front desk who made our stay even more memorable. And to the Branches. A free concert under the big rubber tree every night!

Beautiful hotel in best location
I loved my room on the 12th floor had a beautiful view of the entire beach and ocean. The staff is all very friendly and I loved the ukulele class.. The instructor was fantastic and we all were playing Songs in 15 minutes. The property is very large and it feels very open andspacious and not crowded. I loved the evening music under the big Banyan tree lit by beautiful lantern. Well done in every way and I will be back again.

Quiet and comfy
This trip was meant to be a relaxing time for my husband and I and it was exactly that! The staff is warm and friendly, the hotel has an intimate feel to it. The views are wonderful, the beach sand is so soft, it's easy to access and beautiful. We had breakfast included and attend the luau too!

Bargain Deal of the Year! Beautiful Place
My fiance and I had an amazing stay! Personally I think this report was a bargain of a deal and felt like paradise. Is it the highest end most modern resort on Maui? No. bayou can go find that and pay up to or even over $1000 a night somewhere else. But if you are looking for a relaxing, spacious, accommodating, and perfectly located resort for a very reasonable price, Royal Lahaina is for you. Recommendations: The Luau, 4 hour snorkel trip with Teralani, drive the road to Hana (make reservation at the black sand beach at least 1 day before going), eat at Mama’s Fish House (expensive but the best meal I had in Hawaii), take a drive to “Up Country”’ and check out the small towns of Makawo and Kula, get poke at Foodland, swim on the beach at the resort, snorkel Black Rock next door, hangout at the pool, lunch/dinner at the Lahaina Noon, walk over to explore the shops and restaurants of Whalers Village, hike “Dragons Tooth”, explore a short hike through the secret Tree Grove at the Honolua Bay access trial, sunrise tour at Haleakala summit.

Maui
This is a beautiful resort. I loved the oceanfront room, the view was amazing. I loved the restaurant and beach area. The breakfast buffet and lunch/dinner options were great. The cabanas were comfortable. The beach was clean. I’d definitely stay here again.
