My friend and I have just left the hotel after a 3 night stay. The hotel was perfect! A very old building oozing charm and character. It has a beautiful courtyard and small pool/jacuzzi at the back. Our twin room was clean and spacious, with a fridge and safe. Complimentary robes and slippers are provided. We had a lovely big bathroom with twin sinks and a disco shower! Our room had lovely balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard. The buffet breakfast was delicious and pretty much catered for everything you could want. The staff were amazing! They catered for our every need, and nothing was too much trouble. The barman especially, made our stay extra special. The hotel is perfectly situated, being only a 5 minute walk from the train/tram station, and is literally a 10 minute walk from the Duomo and centre of the city. If I had one request, it would be to provide a full-length mirror in the room and some hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes on. Otherwise, it's a beautiful hotel and we had a perfect stay. Adorable and historical boutique hotel with a great breakfast and outdoor space. Reception staff were nice and helpful. Didn't love the dinner, but that depends on personal preference. Nicely located with quaint rooms (the patio I had was nice!). I did find a cockroach in my room one night (room was on the ground floor), but simply picked it up and put it outside. A unique hotel, would recommend!

Charming stylish hotel
This was a great find – a last minute choice in Florence, chosen just so I could walk from the train station in the evening. I found a real oasis. The lobby was cool and stylish, the staff were kind and efficient, and my room was really splendid, just off a small courtyard and pool. My room had everything, including a bath. To add to it all, there is a great restaurant on the premises, mostly serving breakfast for the guests, but they also serve dinner. There were tables inside and in the courtyard, with impeccable service and very good food. I thought the wine list was sophisticated.

Perfect
Amazing hotel, perfect location for sight seeing in Florence, Beautiful courtyard garden for escaping the city after a long hard day touring. The staff are amazing and friendly, especially the bar man in the evening who served us our night cap, perfect G&T! Bed comfortable, room clean and everything we needed. No complaints. Breakfast was incredible, proper coffee, not from machine. Would stay here again in an instant. Thank you. Faultless x

Rivoli Family Stay
Just had a pleasant stay at this hotel. We had a family room and it was quite spacious. The front staff was so helpful with restaurant recommendations. It’s so close to the train station that we utilized to go on a few excursions. The breakfast was perfect to get the day started and everyone who worked there was so nice and kind. The location is near everything!! It’s next to a great restaurant that makes the truffle pasta;-Osteria Pastella. My only recommendation is to add smart tv streams for evening viewing and possibly more outlets in the rooms/ bathroom. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend to any traveler.
