Thank you for an amazing experience Riu tequila. I’m sad to leave , everything was amazing clean the staff was great always ready to help With anything you ask . The food was beyond amazing! Drinks were delicious. Rooms lovely . Came here with my two adult daughters and we all had the best time can’t wait to come back . And I see comments about the walk to the beach it’s actually very nice not even ten minute walk. . Till we return thanks to Every single staff member who made our trip great .

We were just there this past week and unfortunately our trip got cut short due to snow we had to leave a day early . Here’s what I have to stay about the resort . Staff are all amazing friendly . I was very disappointed in the food I read nothing but raving reviews but had a hard time finding more than 2 things I liked and I’m not a picky eater . The best was the steakhouse burger and Caesar salad the buffets were not great bland food , dry meats . They do have great entertainment I’ll give them that . If your wanting beach front definitely do not stay it’s a lot of walking we walked 20,000 steps a day from our hotel room all the way down to the beach your lucky if you can catch a shuttle . Beds suck super hard. blankets are just a sheet . They were not able to accommodate us our shuttle to the airport because we had to leave and day early on short notice so we had to pay a taxi 100.00 which was a little disappointing. I would assume they have shuttles constantly leaving the resort . Although this may be for some people we will not be back

Amazing
Amazing holiday!!! Fabulous hotel, amazing staff, food brilliant. No complaints. Wildlife was lovely to see, a real treat. 150 pesos in taxi into playa del carmen, lots of shops. 3 min walk from hotel a few shops and a bar and Starbucks. Beach a short walk, lovely!

RIU tequila in Playa
First time going all inclusive. The food choices were good and variety good. The staff were amazing, helpful and very welcoming. This particular RIU is outdated, a bit of a walk to beach (we had a bad knee in the group) the golf cart services were not every 10 minutes as the stated. Just a a tip, know that there are certain RIU areas you can’t be on at the beach. We were enjoying our day at the beach and were told we were in the wrong section of beach??? We moved but annoyed as we had been purchasing drinks from them.
