When we went it was very busy due to it being spring break for Americans so it was pretty difficult to get a drink at the bar every day. the beach was very beautiful and fun but the food wasn’t very great and the drinks all made us sick/or our stomach hurt pretty badly unfortunately

Overall good experience. Bedrooms should be doubled check that everything required is in there (to match other rooms). We were not given the card to request new sheets, so we slept in dirty sheets till the last day when our friends gave us theirs, the mini fridge was to be restocked every other day - ours was not stocked up the entire week, also difficult to get bathroom items when requested.

My money was stolen from my room on day one, I made a report of the theft, talked to two managers and nothing was done or said to me or followed up with me so that was the start of this trip, side note: we were not shown how to lock the balcony doors. Our room was fine except everyday we had to get the toilet fixed as it wouldn’t flush, on the last day it flooded our room and the room next door. The fan was not working, came twice to look at it nothing was done or followed up. Unfortunately we were not aware nor did we think of spring break so there was a lot of young people which was fine but sadly we had to call most nights after 3:00 am to have them come shut it down. The worst was boys peeing off the balcony. Our key cards only worked for 4 days because the front desk had us there for 4 days not 7 so that was another thing that was missed.

Trip was during spring break which we weren’t aware when we book which made it very busy. Food was good. Hotel was nice! Sometimes are our room had an organic smell to it. Service and workers were nice! Would stay here again just not during spring break.
