Amazing for college spring breakers!

Such a fun place to come for college spring breakers. I went with a big group of friends and we had the best time! While the food was sometimes lacking and not very flavorful, most of us weren’t bothered by it. The swim up bars and pools are a lot of fun and we really enjoyed the riu parties.

Amazing Family Vacation

We loved this resort for our family of 13 and how the rooms were being near each other. We had my elderly mom with us and was able to rent a wheelchair as there is no elevator and the resort is large. The food and drinks were great, and getting down town was easy. It is a party atmosphere so if you're looking for fancier stay next door at their palace resort. The only complaint I have is the beds are pretty hard. I will def be staying here again.

Spectacular stay at a clean, well stocked and fun resort!

We had a fantastic stay at the RIU Santa Fe, facilities were always clean, service was timely and resort was beautiful! Activities were well run and staff at every restaurant was amazing in service and great selection and quality of food !

DO NOT GO !

The hotel in itself was okay. Rooms were clean. Food was okay, not the best but not the worse either. The parties were fun. BUT... We were drugged with GHB by a barman working there (we were sure it was an employee, he served us shots and we took them immediately). And then didn't get any help from the hotel. They refused to call for the police or for an ambulance. Refused to let us see the camera footage to find who was responsible because they were ''leading their own investigation'' - which went nowhere. They didn't help find the stuff that was stolen during the incident. I do not recommend because of the safety issues (not just that we were drugged - but mainly because of how the hotel reacted and didn't provide help or support)

Spring Break Policies -

1. Student / Spring Breaker Groups (21 years of age or older) will be accepted ONLY at Riu Santa Fé hotel.

2. All Student / Spring Breaker Group reservations are strictly On Request and will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the corresponding Destination Sales Department. RIU Hotels & Resorts reserves the right of admission and may reject any request at its sole discretion.

3. If a Student / Spring Breaker Group is accepted:

a. The number of rooms will be deducted from the contracted allotments

b. Minimum Age requirement: 21 years of age or older.

c. The Hotel may request proof of age in the form of passport or official ID
