Stunning hotel, the reception area is very impressive and the staff are lovely, always greeted and treated like a valued customer. Location is perfect too, the only draw back is the room we were given, it was spacious and clean, view was not great (but I wasn’t there for the view) however if we opened the window there was a constant alarm sound going off, it was really stuffy in the room and the aircon wouldn’t work unless you had a password, it was heating or nothing. So it was either we listened to the alarm with the window open OR we closed the window and were just so hot, it was hard to sleep with either option. Dublin itself has changed a lot over the years and we didn’t always feel safe when out, but we found the hotel was a welcome safe place for us of an evening. The hotel is a class act in a PERFECT location to get about and as always with RIU it never disappoints, just a shame about the alarm noise.

I honestly cant rave about this place enough!! The quality of food, the location and most importantly the staff. In particular, Uros!! He was AMAZING. Couldn't have done enough for us, he was so kind, thoughtful and attentive. So thank you so much for such a pleasant stay and Uros thank you for making our trip to Dublin so great, we really appreciate it.

Best Hotel in Dublin
I’m be of the best if not the best hotel in Dublin. Breakfast amazing, rooms clean, comfy beds and the staff are excellent! We’re Gold members with RIU and we thank them for their lovely gifts during our stay! Uros the manager gets a big shout out when we left things in our safe! Thanks Uros! Be back again. Brilliant!

Highly recommend dining here
Was treated like a “boss” while being seated and being served during my breakfast dining. This was all thanks to Uros who was my host and the lovely ladies that treated me and my family with the outmost respect. Food taste: Food provided is perfect for holding you full until your late dinners fruit always fresh and juice tastes fresher.

Fantastic Festive Stay
We stayed as a family of 4 a few days before Christmas and all really enjoyed our time at this wonderful hotel. The family room was impressive- very spacious. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly situated. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in any hotel with lots to choose from. Have to also mention the staff- all very attentive and friendly. Will definitely return!
