    Great hotel

    This hotel was booked for an overnight stay in Dublin. We arrived at 11am and was allowed to check in. The room wasn’t quite ready but they were happy store our luggage and encouraged to continue to enjoy our day without the hotel inconvenience of taking it with us. We were told they would email when the room was ready. Within the hour, many hours before advertised check in, we received the email that the room wasn’t quite ready. We returned some time later to a room that was clean. The only issue was we were put on the 6th floor with no lift access, having to get off on the 5th and climb to the 6th. I’m sure had this been an issue they would have resolved it. The staff were great. We booked B&B. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Really great stay and would use again.

    Great City centre location

    Return visit to this fine City centre Hotel. Arrived early and able to check in and leave luggage, very handy. Fine spacious bedroom very comfortable bed. Ice Bucket and Water bottle left in room but Water and Ice Station on 2nd floor only a bit of a walk to the well. Fridge safe and a Hand Mirror in bedroom. Couch come fold up bed is good but only chair is a poor effort for a 4*. Fine spacious bathroom lots of shelving good lighting, big walking rain shower. Not a fan of big window on side wall right alongside the bed shining bathroom lights into bedroom. Very good breakfast. Good very small Gym. Found bedroom a bit on the cold side, but will return, JPM.

    1st class hotel and 5* service.

    Stayed there for 2 nights on business and booked a superior king room. Room was big and spacious. I asked for quiet and that’s what I got. Off the road at the back, with a slight glimpse of the city. The service was about as good as I have experienced. From check in, bar, room, luggage, check out. The bar had excellent staff, knew when to serve and knew when to leave you alone. Really well manage. First class. We had drinks, bar snacks (sandwiches) and also fresh leaf tea. All were superb. My only criticism and it’s small, was the breakfast was a bit substandard. Again great service but the quality of hot food was not in line with everything else. Still plenty to eat though Will never stay in a different hotel in my regular trips to Dublin.

    Excellent place to stay on O'Connell Street

    This was a really nice place to stay. Everything was lovely and clean. The check-in staff and door attendants were so polite and helpful, the breakfasts were good and the buffet plentiful. I would certainly return.

    Great stay

    Location is excellent , walking distance for many must see Dublin attractions, Hop on Hop off Bus for longer journeys ,Serviced by all modes of transport , the Hotel being a stop itself . Buffet breakfast & drinks for all tastes . Rooms are clean & tidy , with all the things you will need for your stay.
