Centre to all the hustle and bustle
Stayed in a deluxe queen room from 7th to 12th of March to celebrate my son’s 30th Birthday. The hotel is absolutely spotless and all of the staff are warm and welcoming. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was delicious with lots of variety to suit everyone. We ate breakfast out on the 10th March which is my sons birthday and when arriving back to our room there was a card and a little box of fancy chocolates or my son which was a very thoughtful gesture. We enjoyed our time at the hotel so much that we plan to stay again for my 50th birthday, just gutted that we have to wait 2 years.

Great location
We stayed 3 nights, breakfast included. Our room was on the 42th floor with a floor to ceiling window. Rooms are small but very neat and clean. It had a refrigerator but no coffee maker or microwave which would have been helpful. There is always a line to get breakfast but no complaints about the breakfast. It had everything one wants.

Great hotel, long wait for the lifts
We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this hotel but unfortunately I marked it down at the very last minute. We checked in which was easy and a 300 dollar security was placed up on a credit card we weren't aware this was going to happen) we had 3 of us in a room with 2 queen beds and the room was lovely and included a safe and a fridge. We paid for breakfast to be included and it was worth every single penny! So many options from pancakes, French toast, salmon, parma ham, fruit, cereal, salad, bagels, toast and the good old English breakfast minus a few items. There is a happy hour in the bar on selected cocktails, wine and beer which makes it extremely cheap compared to everywhere else in NYC to enjoy a drink. However if it isn't in happy hour it's very expensive, we paid 20 dollars for a Malibu and coke outside of happy hour which is 4pm-8pm. my only faults with the hotel are: 1: if you get a lift at peak times you can be expecting to wait for about 15 minutes of a lift, if you are on a floor lower than 10 you just as well get the stairs. We were on floor 15 and found the stairs to be useful although there are a lot of then. We booked a taxi to run us back to JFK via the hotel and got a slip that said the taxi would take us to JFK for 90 dollars. The driver turned up and had us down to go to a different airport then once at JFK tried to charge us a lot more due to the mistake of the hotel. The driver got extremely aggressive which I found extremely intimidating for 3 ladies. It only cost us 78 dollars in a yellow Taxi so I would just go in one of them and don't bother booking through the hotel. All in, absolutely I'd recommend and would stay again

For us the perfect hotel.
This is the best hotel we have stayed in. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My daughter was unwell during our visit and they were very helpful and showed care by asking regularly how she was. The food choice for breakfast was wide, lots of variety. The room was very clean, big and comfortable. We really liked Christophe who works in the hotel. He was always friendly and lovely. Grab and go was reasonable priced and the hotel is the perfect location to see and get to the sights easily. We will definitely be staying here again.

5 star review for a 5 star hotel!
It is rare I give a 5 star review but this hotel was worth it. As always I had read the previous reviews which were all mainly positive with a bit of criticism over waits for breakfast and elevators. I guess we were lucky. We had a room on floor 40 but did not have to wait very often for the elevator and only ever a reasonably short wait for breakfast which was so well organised that it was not a worry. The food at breakfast was plentiful and tasty enough. Overall the rooms were big enough and kept clean (although the timing of housekeeping varied each day). I would not hesitate in both recommending the hotel and staying here again should I return to NYC.
