Location was great, lovely lady on front desk. Walking distance good. Haven’t received deposit back even after phone call snd 2 emails.

Room we booked not available. Suitable alternative not provided. Staff wasted our time while we were waiting.
Room type we booked was not available. Five of us in the group but had to sleep the first night in a room only suitable for four. Room we were being moved to was not available until late in the afternoon on the second day. Only compensation offered was late checkout which is pretty useless for us. Staff not very helpful and just stalled us in the lobby while we were waiting for new room.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Check in was very quick and smooth and after a short wait for a higher floor room (totally worth it!), we were in and settled. Breakfast was managed very well for the amount of guests and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel in NYC!

A Wonderful Hotel experience
Absolutely wonderful hotel experience right in the heart of New York City just steps from Times Square. A warm and friendly greeting at check in to the countless staff members with smiles on their faces! The staff member talking to everyone in the line before sending us up to the 5th floor for breakfast! What a guy!....(21st - 26th of Jan) something simple but outstanding customer service 👏 really lovely. Breakfast was incredible for a New York Hotel, best I've experienced. Hotel itself - slick, modern and super clean. Rooms great size with everything you would need, we had fantastic views over the city. A 1st class hotel in a superb location which made for a truly memorable holiday. Would definitely stay here again.

The black staff on the breakfast floor always blatantly ignore us as Asians every morning. I greet other people in a friendly manner. It's a pretty racist hotel.
