    Awesome Room and Great Service

    I enjoyed my stat. The food service was great. I really liked the breakfast service. For some reason the hotel gave me a corner room with a balcony. Wow was that every great. On the down side, the gym which I use daily was way too small. I ended up climbing the stairs as a work out every morning when the gym was so full someone had to fall out of the room to make room for someone else.

    Lovely city break

    We decided to have a 4 night city break and chose Madrid. The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Madrid, the staff are excellent and the bars great!

    Excellent

    Another great stay at Riu. Fantastic hotel in great location, walking distance to all main attractions. Room was spacious and very modern. Super clean. Fantastic and professional staff. Diego, barman at the ground floor bar was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him! Excellent roof top bar with an amazing views. I will definitely be back in the summer time!

    Excellent hotel in a prime location!

    We had a great stay. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The rooftop is a scene but the other aspects were wonderful. Breakfast offers a great variety with plenty of stations to choose from. Hotel was busy and the staff was prepared to facilitate quick checkouts and luggage storage. Location is awesome - right by the metro and walkable to many historical sites and entertainment venues.

    Madrid 2026 Feb

    Location was excellent and the sky bar and 360 rooftop were the highlight. Breakfast was worth the extra price as the options were endless.
