    Lovely hotel in a great location 👌

    Stayed at Riu Plaza Berlin the first weekend in December. About half an hour/66 euros in a taxi from the airport; the room and bathroom were one of the nicest we've stayed in for a weekend break. In a great location, not far from KaDeWe and Kurfurstendamm, close to a U-bahn station - also close to a really good Christmas market with a lovely atmosphere and a good coffee shop for breakfast. Only downside I would really say for this hotel is that the TV offering is poor. I realise that's not a massive deal but when you've been out walking/shopping all day, there's no English channels available and you can't even cast anything from your phone.

    Great service

    Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable with good under floor heating. The customer service was great and all the staff greeted us with a smile. It’s located in such a good area, close by to many tourist attractions. I would definitely come back here again.

    Verny nice, calm stay.

    From the check in, to check out, it was a very easy 4nights stay. Friendly staff at the check in. To our surprise we got free parking and the Roms are nice with beautiful views over Berlin. See you soon! Merry Christmas and a happy 2026!

    Very nice stay

    Just come back from this lovely hotel and had a fab stay here! Definitely recommend and would go back. The staff are very friendly and the hotel itself is very clean

    2 day business trip

    Excellent service provided. The only issue is that no slippers were provided for use inside the room (though maybe this is a German thing— in Paris, I received slippers even at cheaper stays).
