We came with two children (ages 8 and 10) and they were understandably very bored at the resort because there were hardly any activities for them. A simple game room with board games, perhaps a foosball table and/or a billiard table would have made a world of difference. The only billiard table in the entire resort is located in the BAR and you need to pay $5, which is obviously not child-friendly. We ate at the steakhouse and everyone in our family (4 adults, 3 kids) was attacked by mosquitos because it is an outdoor restaurant and there is so much standing water surrounding the restaurant. This is mother nature, but the hotel could do multiple things to help guests cope with this major inconvenience: - Warn folks! Make a suggestion to bring coverings and/or bug spray - Provide bug spray or coverings to patrons - Have small fans that help to wave away mosquitos None of these things were done and we paid the consequences (being severely bitten by mosquitos and itchy). We also had significant problems with the card reader on our door. We had to make MULTIPLE trips to front desk about this and it was frustrating that it could not be resolved after one complaint. The service staff is very pleasant and kind, and that was a consistent positive. But given all the previously mentioned factors, we are definitely not returning. We have had significantly better experiences at other all-inclusive resorts.

Very good and wood come again
Great time very clean everyone very friendly and helpful. Good was good something for everyone . The Italian terrible not friendly food was cold and had to keep asking for someone to come and get the next course. To the unsung hero is the person who took care of the washroom by the bar. Kept it clean at all times and deserves appreciation. I would come back. Thanks to everyone who served us excellent job

Great relaxing time.
Beautiful location. Great atmosphere. Good room with comfy beds. Lots of food on the buffet. Asian restaurant was the best. Alex was the best for cleaning the washroom at the adult pool. Also he was very friendly & kind. A couple of the lady omelette makers at breakfast were wonderful. Sorry I can’t remember their names.

Unfortunately, Not the Panama Experience I Hoped F
I will say this: the rooms and doors were filthy, and the towels smelled like mildew. The food was simply horrible. I would not recommend this resort at all. They need to upgrade the rooms and the sheets. I even ended up getting a rash on my arm. On top of that, the staff at the Chinese/Asian restaurant and at the buffet were very rude! However, I did enjoy the pool and the sports bar and by the way I know it is a Spanish speaking country however, you have other people that are there that speak English and so you need to have people there that speaks English
