Feb 06, 2026Playing Bingo on smart phones suck!
I have enjoyed playing Bingo at the beach bar for years, but not this time! If you hired a consultant to come up with the most boring way to "play" Bingo, they could not have done a better job of screwing it up than what you have now. Go back to the "traditional" way!

Great RIU experience
I would like to take a minute to say that we had a great trip. I would also like to highlight Edwin and Roberto in the main dinning area that were absolutely exceptional and could be managers. They were great with the kids and went over and above every day. Consistent. We always say at RIU because we know the foot drink and service will be great

We just spent a wonderful week at the Riu Palace Punta Cana. The food wasn't anything special, but OK. The service ranged from very good to fairly indifferent when waiting for drinks. We have previously stayed at the Riu Palace Bavaro and went across to visit to see the upgrades they have made there. Bavaro is now much improved, but this sadly made the Palace Punta Cana look very shabby in comparison. The rooms desperately need to be upgraded and many things need to be repaired.

We’ve stayed at RPPC 4 times. Each year the rooms look more worn. The staff is incredible and the grounds are very well kept. The building and rooms are due for renovation.

Amazing Time at the Riu Palace Punta Cana
We have just returned from a 1 week stay at the Riu Palace Punta Cana. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very clean. The staff are absolutely amazing!!! At the check in Jandry and Michael were super nice and very helpful to get us a room next to our friends. At the swim up bar Francisco, David and Javier were funny, quick in serving drinks and very entertaining. Manuel was super nice at serving us at the breakfast buffet. There were so many other nice staff at this resort, hard to mention everyone’s name. We’ve stayed at 3 other Riu’s and this one by far was the best one. The beach is beautiful and there were always loungers available. The Riu Party’s are a blast 💥 and a must see. The entertainment team did an amazing job!!! We are truly impressed and thankful to all the Riu Staff to have made our stay such an amazing one 🥰
