    Jonathan ROCKS!!!! :)

    Jonathan was the most amazing employee! He went above & beyond every single day we were here. He is the absolute BEST!!!! We also want to give a shout out to Daniel, Juan, Carlos Santos & Miguel Bautista. They were also great!!! Thanks to you guys for making our vacation AMAZING!!!

    Very Nice

    The place is grand, not too big easy to get around. The restaurants were all located in one central area and all were good. Breakfast is buffet style but good our server Esteban, and Roberto did an outstanding job with us and the other couple we are here with. Our room was clean, clean, clean, Yamilka our housemaid did an outstanding job keeping it that way. I would recommend coming here if you have a family.

    Bad experience during March break

    Stayed for a week during March Break 2025. Place was crowded with spring breakers that wouldn’t allow to spend a quiet night in the hotel. Also our Credit Card Details have been stolen from our room. Reception was unprofessional and unhelpful.

    Beautiful location, wonderful beach, idyllic for a relaxing break, evening entertainment not memorable.

    My wife and I wanted a very relaxing 7 days with easy access to a beautiful beach and glorious weather with good standard of accommodation and very good quality dining and a high level of service. We generally achieved our wish list. Dining was good, plenty of choice. Steakhouse was excellent, Sushi restaurant was disappointing. Perhaps showcasing local cuisine would have been a better approach. Evening entertainment was adequate nothing really special or memorable.

    Amazing experience.

    I spent for 1 week in March with my family and friends at the Riu palace punta Cana and had a very good experience. Juan 1 from the buffet was very professional, kind, and made our experience very smooth. Even the kids loved him ! Every day he would greet our table of 15, and would be very hospitable. He would immediately cater to our needs, and would make sure we were all happy. Thank you amigo Juan 1! Emmanuel was also a great experience for the kids ! We’d see him everyday and the kids loved his activities. He’s young, fun and full of talent !! He also contributed to the great experience we all had. We definitely recommend this hotel. We felt safe, staff was always there to cater to our needs. The only minor thing I wish was different is that they spoke more English and the rooms were a bit updated.
