    Second wonderful visit

    A second wonderful visit to our favourite hotel. We were celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. It was lovely to see a place which is able to keep their staff from year to year. It:s also great that we were no longer being charged for a safe. A couple of extra cocktails for us!

    Perfect short getaway

    Lovely clean, modern hotel and the staff were All very friendly and polite. Amazing choices at breakfast, which was included in the price. Right at the beachfront so an ideal location.

    Beautiful Oasis Retreat

    If there was one thing I would improve on this hotel it is to get another British channel! I cannot rate the hotel,cleanliness,staff,quality of food and choice high enough, it’s been a fantastic experience for our stay and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, it’s our first time in Gran Canaria and the hotel is situated on the extremely busy beach area but don’t let that put you off as it is set well back and is peaceful and quiet. The beach itself is huge and is immaculately kept, access to the beach is private and the door is operated by using your room key. I’m not writing anymore as I would be here all day…do not hesitate to book this hotel…and we will definitely be back. Well done Riu staff😊

    Amazing

    This holiday from start to finish was amazing the hotel is stunning staff great location brilliant and food fantastic can’t fault this hotel and highly recommend. We go home tomorrow unfortunately will certainly be back and if your looking at this hotel book with confidence, the only thing we notice was only a couple of British Chanel’s maybe an idea to offer Netflix and Amazon ( they did this in a boutique hotel we stayed in on Corfu and if you want out of the sun is a good idea , so if you book this hotel good choice and enjoy

    My new favourite place

    The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff are extremely attentive. I visited in November for some winter sun and we opted for a swim up room. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and there are shops nearby. The food is fresh, tasty and good quality. I would definitely come here again!
