    Fantastic hotel !

    Just got back from beautiful gran caneria We stayed at the riu palace maspalomas - what a hotel absolutely amazing The staff,the grounds the pools everything was just wonderful - the staff are hard working and pleasant at all times and go above and beyond for you Our room overlooked the dunes 4063 and was spectacular Would definately return to this beautiful hotel

    Whats not to like

    A return visit as if going home. The staff here are like old friends and Sara and all on reception cannot do enough to enhance your stay. Adults only, tranquility, views of the dunes to die for from spacious rooms with good facilities. Ive never experienced a hotel that is cleaner at every point, everyday. If I had any negatives it is a pity the worlds best nut selection (gratis) with cocktails on the Bellini Terrace has been scrapped and replaced by green olives on request and the ALC menus in Krystal and Dunas don't seem to ever change. That said this hotel ticks just about every box and I look forward to returning again.

    Best hotel in Gran Canaria

    We really love to come back to this excellent hotel! The only problem is that it's so difficult to stay at other hotels after being used to fivestar service...!

    Winter Break

    A lovely hotel, wonderful food, very good service, plush clean & tidy accommodation. However my only real complaint was that you were excepted to buy water for the evening meal at the table and there were no water stations anywhere on the hotel complex. We ended up buying plastic bottle water at the local supermarket, which kind of defeats their Green credentials. Also it's not a beach front hotel, whilst it maybe only a 10 minute walk from the reception desk to the start of the sand dunes, it takes a good 40 minute walk across the drifting soft sand to reach the sea.

    I do not recommend this hotel.

    Location good if you are interested about dunes.Rooms are very poor,no confort. Max 3 star hotel,max 5 star . The food is ok,I paid 650 euro/ night...and at dinner we paid the water.
