    Stylish and very clean hotel

    Everything was super, very clean room and around in common places. Very good service, friendly staff and respectful. Only thing was that the room was a bit noisy at night. We could hear the cars on the street and sometimes ventilation was making noise. Rest was a super stay! Recommend!

    1st time at this hotel. Everything was great! Hotel and rooms are spotless. Staff is continually cleaning the hotel and grounds. Pool areas are beautiful. Food is very good. We ate at the buffet, Italian, Asian, and Mexican restaurants - It was very easy to get seated at their opening time. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this RIU and will return again. Do NOT trust any negative reviews!

    Enjoyable Stay

    My husband and I went to celebrate my birthday and we really enjoyed it. Our rooms was very nice with an awesome ocean view. We loved the pool options the attentiveness of the staff at the beach placing loungers and umbrellas. The wait staff and bartenders had their work cut out for them. The resort had a very chill vibe. The bartender working the signature drink table every night needs a raise. That man had me feeling 'good good". The food was good but it could have been great with a few tweaks. The breakfast buffet at Don Julio was phenomenal! We never went there for lunch. We visited Pepe's instead. I'd say okay grilled options and pool side snacks there. The Don Julio dinner buffet was okay but the food warmers didn't exactly keep the food as hot as I would have like it. We visited the Steakhouse and their surf and turf was okay (thought the lobster could have been warmer) but I was more excited about the dinner rolls, creamed spinach and the Caesar salad. The Mexican restaurant's fish tacos were muy bien. We didn't venture the Krystal or the Italian restaurant. We enjoyed Asian restaurant as well. Staff was friendly and we like the location. We were between two malls that were in walking distance of the hotel. For a last minute getaway we'd probably go again.

    This was a great resort in every way. Not a single negative thing to say. Very clean, food was great, staff was amazing. Will definitely be back.

    Excellent with a touch of Wonderful in its offerings and customer service

    Riu Palace KUKULKAN overall service was excellent! Customer Service was one a kind...Employees with the best professional demeanor we have encountered among many other all inclusives Cancun visits. Among professional worth mentioning, The Chef Javier, which assisted us with at one of the restaurants," Superb", also at the customer service area, Fernanda and Patricia,both, outstanding,,! Two areas of recommended improvements would be Pizza offerings and Pila Coladas..I would rate them both "B"...I am quite demanding and quite selective when it comes to those items .Overall,This Riu Palace is excellent. , Worthy of an "A" grade. We will certainly return. Thank you.
