    clean, courteous and breathtaking

    the beach is always clean with ample space to lounge and the water is generally clear for snorkeling (we saw many angel fish-remember to bring a banana!) the pool filtration was being worked on the entire 8 days we were there but the hotel had a separate portable system brought in to make the pool able to be utilized. The food- generally good, we were unable to try the steakhouse for the amount of waitlisted people each night. the beds are not comfortable. they are stiff.

    Excellent Hotel

    This is an excellent hotel. I would highly recommend the Rui Antillas . Fantastic staff and the food was exceptional!

    Happy with Riu

    Our stay at the all inclusive adult Antillas in Aruba was very, very nice. Very Clean, kind people, our room was cleaned each day, nothing stolen, the food was amazing. The hotel was full of people and lots of activities every day and it sits right on the beautiful beach. We recommend everyone to stay here for a delightful vacation. We were unhappy with our view of the ocean and they kindly offered to change the room, no conflict at all.

    Wonderful holiday

    My wife and I decided to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary at this property the last two weeks of February 2025. It was our third time staying at a Riu - 1st was at this property in 2022 and 2nd at the Riu Paradise Island Bahamas in 2023. I had contacted the hotel several months ahead of our arrival date to signal it was our 3rd time at a Riu and that it was our 30th anniversary, so I must admit that we were a bit disappointed with the room they put us in upon arrival (rear of the hotel). and no "happy anniversary" decorations or anything. However, after mentioning this to two WONDERFUL Riu staff members - Kevin and Facundo, they very kindly upgraded our room to one with a fabulous view of the ocean! Facundo also arranged a wonderful anniversary dinner with special table decorations at their Steakhouse Restaurant. Because of these two very special people, our wedding anniversary trip was made wonderful! I should also point out that Gomez ensured we were always happy with our restaurant choices and is a very personable gentleman. All three of them, Facundo, Kevin and Gomez should all be commended as they are great ambassadors for the Riu brand name!!

    Hotel water undrinkable

    The hotel was lovely, good food and an amazing beach. I just did not like that on the last day of our vacation I found a tiny sign on the bathroom wall that said undrinkable water. W were never told this upon check-in and there was nothing in the hotel information letter. They served water at every meal and there was ice in the drinks. We were given bottles water, but was never told that the drinking water was not safe. The hotel manager did not care about our concerns and blamed old pipes. Not impressed
