My wife and I had an absolute best time at the RIU Ocho Rios resort, everything was the very best,, I do want to say the you have an absolute gem of a worker in the entertainment department by the name of Zantae,, I will say she went far beyond her duties in making my wife and I extremely welcome at the resort, Zantae is one big asset to your organization

Amazing Resort !!!!
Amazing place !!! Staff are extremely friendly and neverrrrrr stop working !!! The place is kept up very well. The rooms and the entire building are super clean ! The food is 100% out of this world !!! Sooooo many choices, that even the pickiest eater would have no trouble finding anything. The entertainment staff are awesome. They keep the guests engaged at all times and are fantastic with the kids. Beach is beautiful with the view of the mountains in the background. The water slide park was definitely an added bonus but the kids were well entertained with everything else besides that. Would 100% recommend and go again !

Nice family vacation
We stayed in a Junior Oceanview Suite on the 4th floor and would recommend that view to anyone. Both the balcony to the sea and the one out your front door to the hills above were lovely. Food was excellent. Meat eaters and vegetarians in this family and everyone ate well. Staff was kind overall from our experience. Didn't have a ton of interactions with staff. Waterslides were fun for our 6 year old. He really enjoyed that. Beach was nice but for the last day with a storm that had came through the day before and brought with it an insane amount of seaweed and it seemed hard for the staff to keep up with clearing it. But - not their fault - that's mother nature. Didn't partake in any evening activities so can't speak to the entertainment if that's your jam. Would recommend this resort but it is a hike from the airport. About 2 hours. Lots of stuff to do around the area. Hire a local cab at the front entrance. Prices are posted for a return trip in USD. Cash only. Safe and much cheaper than taking a tour and you get to do things in your own time.
